A great printing company tucked away inside the plaza. Business stationery, signs and design they do it all!

Everyone at KKP Don mills are always ready to make things that are impossible look easy, they are business oriented and understand that business is always a last minute request and they work with you to make it happen. Always a great experience with them.

Didn't respond to my inquiries and quote request that I sent from their website. Do they even want customers?

EDIT: (in response to owner) The job was time sensitive so it's too late now, I went with a different printer. The website said my inquiry (sent on Friday during working hours) went through. There was no indication that maintenance was going on. Unfortunate situation.

Fantastic option for all your printing needs, fast, responsive and easy to deal with.

Friendly staff, gave different options and recommendations to assist me in making a decision for my product labels. They considered my workable budget as well and gave options to better accommodate that factor. Turnaround was very quick for what I wanted (24- 48 hrs). Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend them.

I am new to Canada, and needed to get visiting cards and brochures printed for my business. I was slightly unnerved to one or two printers whom I visited, till a friend recommended KKP in North York. I was pleasantly surprised to find warm and friendly people to help me with their suggestions. Their prices were very reasonable and the end quality amazing. They have certainly made me their permanent customer.

i had an event in Toronto, which had a very tight turn around time. I needed signage and some brochures printed. KKP rose to the occasion, and not only did they did a fantastic job but delivered it well within the time limit. Thank you guys.

I visited this printing shop for business cards. I needed an extra thick stock, of which no samples were available. The OWNER, Saif Haq, was the person helping me, and took my information to get back to me "within a couple of days" with pricing and general options available. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard a word. Very disappointed. Needless to say, Ive gotten my cards fully printed elsewhere already.

I have used KKP on Tempo Avenue for a trade show recently. Amber and Saif had so many different signage and display options & ideas based on the type of budget I had. The end result was fabulous. I was worried with the very little time I had given them to complete the project. But " Kwik Kopy" kwikly delivered my pull up banners, posters, tablecloths & hanging structures.

Very Fast. Intelligent staff helped me get the right size and quality I wanted with little hassle. Completely satisfied with my experience.

The staff sound friendly on the phone, and helpful when I call for pricing and quote. Couple weeks later I needed few sheets of cards that require lamination, and I decided to go there for the service. I got there just after 4 pm and having a difficulty finding the shop because it was located at the back of the building. I went inside and I think he the owner of the shop greed me. I told him what I needed and he basically tell me to come back next day because the laminate machine was not tune on and needed 15 minutes to warm up. I was willing to wait. But he refused to do the work because is minimum or small job or he closing the shop at 5 pm, and is not worth his time. I decided to go to Staples and have my printing and lamination done there. At Staples the staff was very friendly and helpful too. Since then I have gone to Staples for all my services or printing there. I will not go KKP again!

I was very pleased at how quickly KKP could turn around my very last minute order. They also gave me some great options/alternatives and in the end helped me save some $ for a job I was hoping would be cheaper. The quality of the work was of great quality as well. I would recommend them for future print jobs.

Highly Recommend KKP for any printing services. Excellent customer service and product. I had a million questions and everyone was answer with full detail. Was extremely helpful. I was very specific in the wall print I was wanting and am extremely happy with the print. Colours are crisp and clean. I will for sure be ordering again and will be highly recommending KKP.

this store is terrible, I went there and gave them $20 and they owed me $10 and they gave me two five dollars that are fake money. I would recommend never shopping there

Seriously, I can't tell you enough how far ahead of your competition you are in customer service.

When there are so many other things to stress about in the high-pressure design world, It's great to be able to place an order and forget about it because you trust your print vendor.

With 15+ years in the design field and having worked with many, many print vendors...I can say, without hesitation that you guys are at the top of my list.

i am happy with the current designer(person who is creative and uptodate with what's in trend) which is most important for me. prompt & professional services with reasonable prices

Overly disappointed with this location! Had a long, drawn out and irritating experience with them and wouldn't recommend them for any high-quality, large batch projects. Went to KKP North York with high expectations after doing plenty of projects with their Downtown location and had great service/results there. I brought in my project to this location, with a physical example of what we wanted. (The example was printed from the Downtown location and was perfect, but also done a year ago.) So, they said they could match it to the stock paper and finish that we gave them, so the client and I were excited and we went forward with it. Got the flyers back a week later, and they're poorly cut and not on the right stock of paper, despite us coming in with the stock we wanted.

Automatically, we wanted to reprint them, but were hesitant because we're not about to waste money again to get the same results. They offered to trim them, but to trim 1000 flyers seemed a little ridiculous because they'd likely not all match. They then said they'd reprint them for free, which was probably the only thing that they did to try and turn the experience around. Finally, 2 and a half weeks after the original start of this transaction, we got the second batch back, and they looked a lot better and were trimmed a little more accurately and the colour even looked a little more vibrant. But of-course, there were still imperfections on the gloss coating, it was spotty on the back, almost looking like water spots.

Printing can sometimes come with errors, we understand that, but it's literally your job to warn clients about the possibilities of those things beforehand so they don't end up wasting money and getting something they don't want to use for their business, brands, etc. Or end up being disappointed in the result because they weren't warned that the cut may be a little off. Overall, I wouldn't go back for any projects. Production really gave me the run around, the only person that was understanding and nice was their lovely desk girl, Karima, but the production team 'seems' to know what they're doing but don't fully met expectations. If you're looking for one-offs and smaller things and you don't care so much about the quality, then go ahead and try 'em out. As for me, I'm alright with not going back there.

Went there for an urgent order with a very tight deadline, I was more than pleased with the service provided and it was great to see that the owners themselves would get involved to ensure they kept me in loop for any changes on the design. Fabulous turn around and service. Thank you Amber & Saif. You'll be seeing us more often !
