Kiwi International Hotel Limited Review

Very impressed by this accommodation. It's not the flashest place in the world and the reception staff could smile more, however the location is fantastic and it was clean, tidy and spacious with a very well-equipped kitchen, a TV in each room & a generous supply of towels, all valued highly when staying away with a big family/small children

Heading to Auckland for our Jiujitsu Tournament, 5 of us from our team were looking for something near the city centre as well as close to our stadium venue. We arrived on Friday and left on Sunday morning for our departure back to Queenstown.

We were pleased with the greeted service upon arrival, as well as the helpful service for booking us a taxi for Sunday morning to take us back to the airport. I was even surprised by the phone call to our room to let us know that the taxi was a few minutes early but that there was no rush to leave!

We needed extra towels and coffee sachets and the reception staff took care of us.

Thank you for the smooth experience and great view from our window of the sky tower which was unexpected but got anyways.

Had the most beautifully cooked breakfast this morning, not sure on her name but she deserves a raise! So cheerful and happy to help! She was working the till behind the bar, clearing tables and doing all the cooking by herself,and although it was busy, every component on my plate was perfectly cooked! Eggs, bacon, sausages, hash browns and tomatoes. Kids meals were beautifully cooked too! Beautifully presented! Wonderful asset to your team this wahine toa!

Friendly, helpful customer service on arrival, just the right size room for my friend and I. Could do with afew extra pillows in the closet tho. Also breakfast in dinning area was lovely. Only downfall was a room 3 doors away had their music going early hours of the morning . Other then that we enjoyed our stay and will be back again

This place is awesome. Central location, cheap price, their website fairly reflects what the place is like. Would def recommend if you re looking for budget friendly accommodation in Auckland Central.

What lovely people work here! From reception to housekeeping and maintenance, nothing but smiles and professional attendance! I especially appreciated young Miss Lucy. She happened to answer the phone the first time I wanted to change my booking and she set the bar really high for any other budget hotel. In fact, I will stay nowhere else but here next time I visit this magnificent city. Thanks also to Marat for the Lululemon chat.

Customer service was fantastic, haven't had better. Even received an email thanking for our stay and they hope to see us again.
Room was clean, warm, and bed very comfortable.
I was even suprised with the noise level front staff apologised for the noise as they had a few groups book in however we were not disturbed by this and had a great sleep. Recommend and will hopefully be back.

Great location top of Queen street. Staff very helpful. Rooms where just what we needed. Bathrooms close to rooms. Laundry costs were great.

I love this hotel, after staying in hostels this place was heavenly. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. My room was so clean and comfortable, came with a convenient sink, towel, toiletries, fan and heater. Also the little tea and coffee tray was a very nice touch. I had keys to the bathrooms also which were 9/10 immaculately clean, it was kind of like i was there alone which was really relaxing. The breakfast options available were pretty decent also, $15 for a continental buffet of as much as you wanted, very good range of foods provided. I stayed for 8 nights and im sad to leave. Thank you for my stay.

In the top end of the city, its accessible, traffic is not as congested as was back in 90s, has its own userpay car park at the side end, first there, gets it. Has breakfast and dinner on selected days. Standard breakfast self serve, cold n hot meals on offer. I would give it a 4 star rating for sure. 4 star for accomodation and service.
