Fake company and fake phone number. I have been charged double since I opened that door and talked to that sales man. And there is no way to cancel it! I give 1 star here just because there is no 0 option!

Representative, Nicole Stewart, came to my door and explained to me about my bill. She made sure I knew she was not the utility company and worked for kiwi energy. As I showed her my bill, she followed through with everything she explained to me including; the message on page 2, the merchant function charges on page 3, as well the supply portion of the bill. she was professional and did not lie as everything did fact check. after the first month of having this program, my bill did lower even though she explained there is no guarantee savings. i told my friends and family about this. if someone knocks on your door, especially nicole, do yourself a favor and let them in! you will thank me later.

Came to my door, asked for the bill, and misled me into signing up with them. When I asked him about their company relationship with nationalgrid, he was vague (as if he was an employee of nationalgrid). This makes me feel that it is dishonest and unreliable! Recommend that be honestly introducing oneself as a third-party company at first instead of hyperbolical bill discounts.

Two guys came to my door and refused to leave claiming that switching to Kiwi would lower my electric bill. Knowing that I was moving in a couple of months I said sure, yeah, whatever and entertained them. The leader of the two had their connection personnel call me asking questions and he kept telling me to lie. Finally got rid of them after half an hour. Come to find out, after receiving my final electric bill, the price went up substantially. Over three months, my bill was almost $100 more than it would've been. Found out they've been sued before because of this. Will be seeking legal action of my own and hopefully they'll eventually get put out of business and thrown behind bars. Scum company!

The absolute worst company with the worst costumer...

The absolute worst company with the worst costumer service. I was conned into signing with them. They claimed that they were with Duke Energy. Finally got them off and ended my supposed contract with them after I spent almost 45 minutes arguing with the representative. Then come to find out that I am still being charged by them? How is that even possible. I am looking into legal action. Because this is ridiculous.

I had a nice gentleman knock at my door last month...

I had a nice gentleman knock at my door last month. He introduced himself and told me what he was here for. I allowed him to see my bill because there's no personal information on my bill besides my name and address. He was very thorough explaining my bill to me. He did the application very professionally and the phone call after was smooth. He never promised or guaranteed me to save any money. But I must say I've been seeing that my bill has been lower since then.

I felt it was a superb experience!! It was very pleasant being given information by Mohammed. In this time when good customer service is getting to be somewhat a thing of the past, it was welcome relief that Mohammed took his time to explain to me the programs that are available to me and he answered some of my questions even before I could ask them!! So I just want to give special kudos to Mohammed for exceptional customer service. Thank you for being a swell human being and keep up the great work. You are appreciated!!!
