I felt it was a superb experience!! It was very pleasant being given information by Mohammed. In this time when good customer service is getting to be somewhat a thing of the past, it was welcome relief that Mohammed took his time to explain to me the programs that are available to me and he answered some of my questions even before I could ask them!!
