It has become more complicated with Kivra. Before, they received a letter and only needed to print new letters

Why reinvent the wheel, e-invoice feels even safer, so you don't have to have a third party who can be a security hole.

Neither the app nor the website has worked in the last few hours. No information is available about the status of operational failure. If the service is usually down at night then it would be good to see it in the app.

Not all companies have agreements with Kivra
In addition, it is up to the company that sends the mail to choose between the electronic (kivra) or regular Post.
That way you have to have full control of both the electronic mailbox and the traditional Paper mail, if you do not want control over your bills, I recommend kivra !!
