Love this place. Cool stuff for the little ones and always super friendly staff.

Very cool kids store filled with stuff of all kinds. This was my first visit, and I'm still suffering from sticker shock. They had really nice stuff, but the clearance rack was very confusing. Good items, but very pricey.

They don t stand by their product. Everything at Kith is overpriced but one would hope that by shopping local the customer service would make up for the price. Clearly not the case. Shoes should not break like this around a month after purchase and if they do a reputable company should stand by the customer and make things right.

I think the store has interesting interior visual concepts & I liked some of the displays. I think the women's floor is really disappointingly small though & offers such a tiny variety compared to the men's floor. We need more women's streetwear! Employees were nice & greeted every customer.

I am a client at kith Brooklyn I went in here a few times to buy my nephew clothes and sneakers but every time I would ask for Jordans for Kids in grade-school sizes she would refuse to sell to me because she thought I was a reseller. A few weeks later I went in and saw her selling more than 5 of the sneakers I ve been asking for to what seemed like her friend and I went ahead asked and Once again I was denied. The lady s name is Maria every time I asked for her manager she refused to get the manager. This is completely unacceptable especially for someone who s been shopping with the brand for years.

I shop a lot in kith stores and this store is really nice appearance wise but the customer service was pretty bad
A bunch of the workers were in the back only one was in the front.
I would expect there to be more workers to be there since it s the holidays especially
But the other kith store has better service

I went in for a sponge bob hat but ended up leaving with the last hoodie that they had in the back! Masiel even went ahead and modeled it for me to reassure that it would make a great gift because I was uncertain of the sizing. Thank you for the help Masiel and "Y" (I don't really know how to spell his name but he did find the hoodie for me and helped me on the phone prior to coming in). Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the brand and it's owner. Store looked well-kept, even with a couple of little kids jumping around and trying to destroy the place while their mom was at the cash wrap. Thanks again guys.
