I had an excellent experience here with a motivated personnel. Waited a while, but where don t you have to wait. I was treated with respect and very nicely explained what I asked about. I really appreciate their customer service.

Originally I'd given KUA 1 Star, I will give credit where it's due, their linemen crews and techs are amazing. They had our power up and running with 36 hours of losing power during Hurricane Irma. KUA costumer service is a different story, we asked originally for ETA of the outage for our area and were advised ETAs would be given after 24 hour assessment. Which is reasonable, however we have a daughter who suffers from asthma and she was need of a breathing treatment which requires power. We asked KUA for some kind of information so we could make a decision on staying home or finding a place with power for a few days if crews would not be able to get out to us or if the outage would last longer than we'd anticipated. KUA was no help in this regard. No information if crews were in my area or if any assessments had been made, nothing. The chat, call center and social media outlets all referred to each other and would only give stats of what had been resorted or how to report and already reported outage. Not having power was an inconvenience of course but the lack of information and customer service is what was frustrating.

Horrible customer service i called 11 times today after the waste of time menus i get disconnected, i try all the options including starting a new service, or pay a bill or disconnection, NO HUMANS to answer the phone and help customers, bad customer service, I'm going to look into solar panels

Called for a broke light caused by Hurricane Irma ...

Called for a broke light caused by Hurricane Irma on my street. It was repaired quickly and they trimmed back the branches that caused the damage. KUA you are the best at what you do. I got power back within 24 hours during Hurricane Irma.

Everyone there are nice and very professional also if you own a checking account they don't even request deposit if you just set up a direct payment I did call FPL the utilities from Daytona Beach where they gave me a very poor customer service I was requesting the records from 2014 and they didn't want to give it to me for Irs purposes as a proof of residence and when I call KUA they did offered me 3 different ways to send it to me by email, fax or even ti my address I was very happy with how easy was to get help from KUA.

Website needs some work constantly says undergoing...

Website needs some work constantly says undergoing maintenance yet website doesn't get any better. Just want to review and pay my bill. Customer service is unavailable after 5pm unfortunately which is also extremely inconvenient when not everyone works typical 8-5 work day. If customer service isn't going to be available after 5pm please make a properly working website, or should I just not pay my bill?

As a customer service professional who has worked ...

As a customer service professional who has worked with the public for over 10 years, I have never been treated so poorly by the Customer Service Representative II named Pam who works in the area of transferring services. She was quite rude to me for no reason, cut me off with a series of sharp toned comments before I could complete my sentence and made my new landlord and I feel as though we were bothering or burdening her. As a utility customer with KUA for roughly 3 years I have had nothing but pleasant experiences until today.

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!! would not help. We live in the lightning capitol of the world and this company does nothing to protect customers. phone help line is WORTHLESS. THANKS FOR NOTHING NICHOLAS!!!!!!

I've been living in Osceola County for 26 years I moved from Miami Beach it's been the best experience I've had with any light company they are amazing I thank God each and every day they are so humble and kind of professional they look out for the community they do plenty of activities my children grew up in Kissimmee and the ones that were born here every time there was an activity of Festival Kua made it happen the children had so much fun the adults as well every time there was an issue when hurricanes there so so professional so caring so humble so kind the billing department the reception is the workers the guys that go out there and sacrifice their lives on helping us when this hurricanes when we need light whatever we need they're always there they have made it much easier for everyone to get the services they need I am so happy and I love my Kua may God keep blessing them in abundance and all the staff with it thank you Kua for your beautiful kind humble and amazing awesome Services you provide for our County may God keep blessing you all and keep up the good work and thank you for letting our children enjoy the best years when they're young and all you do for this community God bless and thank you again my name is Rosa Figueroa

I know most people are quick to judge and rate when they have a negative experience, but then don't take the same motivation to write a good review. I think everyone is different at KUA, you can encounter amazing customer service or mediocre customer service. I just want to recognize Irene at KUA, for the exceptional customer service. She was helpful and friendly, while being straightforward. It happens when people have to tell me news that I might not want to hear but with a terrible attitude and bad customer service, it's not a good mix for a customer to feel. Irene was a great employee to her company, while making me (the customer) and other customers, feel stress-free and appreciated. Thank you KUA and Irene.
