Since the day I was informed of my condition, Metron and Paul were right there by my side. 2 years later they are still 2 very special people to me. The entire staff here are all very special people that go above and beyond to assist all of there clients. I can never thank you enough for always being there and for all everyone of you do for the community!!!

The good thing about this place is that they charge you based on income.
In my experience though, the receptionist who I believe is Loretta has been unprofessional over the phone and borderline rude. She doesn t know how to speak to people and for a receptionist I really think she needs to pipe down. I will not be coming back here because she makes me feel uncomfortable and judged.
I came to Hope and Help looking for friends and help even though at the time I didn t know I could be helped. Through the friendship I built with Steve Addona he eased his way in. I had applied for SSDI 2x s and Steve found a site for me to obtain legal services. I am very happy now to say not having an income for 5 years my appeal was overturned and now have a favorable opinion and will get back pay as well as a month income. Thank you Steve for your tireless efforts.

It is an excellent place, the people who attend are friendly, are attentive that one feels comfortable and especially that one takes their medications. They guide you in everything and follow the treatment step by step
When I went here it took them 4 weeks for them to call me back then another couple of months of me calling nearly every day with no answer and then finally when I decided to go somewhere else they call me back the next day So I will never go here a gain
I applied for free condoms in the mail and they have not came
Everyone who works here is so helpful and sweet and accommodating. They are truly wonderful, I would definitely recommend them to anyone. When I called, Robert Reyes was super helpful.
