Exceptional party bus!!
Made the party a banger.

I recently used the services of Kings Charter Bus USA for our school games. It was an amazing trip, although the driver was right on time and very cooperative throughout the trip. If I am gonna need to have transportation need for my school I will reach out again.

Phenomenal Service! Kings Charter was extremely helpful with our family trip to Albany, NY.

Hashir (Our Driver) was very cooperative! Provided us with water bottles the time we boarded the bus. We didn't have a stop in the itinerary but on our request, he stopped the bus in NYC just so our group could eat and use the restroom.

Overall, I'd give this company a solid 9.5/10. Great communication and services.

Excellent Service!
Our bus event up to San Francisco for a very special ordination for our Deacon from our Parish was so exciting and fun and totally pleasant. Our driver was magnificent and his driving was so easy and well done. He knew the best way to get to our destination and was right there and ready to go after our event was over. Everything was perfect and I would use a bus from Kings Charter anytime. Great communication, beautiful buses and all was just so well done. Thank you Kings Charter!

Poor service experience. 🚍 The booking process was confusing and the communication lacked clarity. The bus arrived late, causing us to miss our schedule. The amenities were not as advertised, and cleanliness was below expectations. Would recommend seeking alternatives.
