Phenomenal Service! Kings Charter was extremely helpful with our family trip to Albany, NY.

Hashir (Our Driver) was very cooperative! Provided us with water bottles the time we boarded the bus. We didn't have a stop in the itinerary but on our request, he stopped the bus in NYC just so our group could eat and use the restroom.

Overall, I'd give this company a solid 9.5/10. Great communication and services.
