We intended to use Kingdom Lighting at our new house and paid the first part to hold a place on the calendar. Kingdom was holding our lights that we paid for, including a 60" professional wreath that we did not purchase from them. After our scheduled installation was postponed a third time, we cancelled the service and asked for both a refund and our wreath. We were promised both, but neither has been returned (and the wreath is very expensive to replace.) I don't know what has happened to this company over the past year, but I will never use them again.
UPDATE 20201128 - They returned our wreath today so that we can have our installer hang it.
