**WARNING SOUND/TALKING IS VERY BAD. DISABILITY PROBLEMS***. Could not hear talking but could hear the songs. Was so disappointed with the sound. So went home disappointed. Other people were talking about the sound problem too.
Only wheelchairs can use lifts. Toilets on every floor but some have a far distance to get to.
Staff told me I could not use lifts unless it s we are using a wheelchair.. I have a problems with my hip & spinal & disc chronic pain. Walking too much can bring a flare up. I was at the show on Sunday 4th & I have a flare up & I have now got major pain. disability problems come in all shapes & sizes but u need to show ur disability to the staff with someone in a wheelchair before you can use the lift. I wished I used my crutches for my pain but I thought I could manage without them. But I still would not be aloud to use the lift even if I had my crutches. My family were walking me to the toilet then I had to go home....
I will never visit your theatre again. I was so disappointed. The staff were very nice & plesent & done your theatre proud. It s a shame that the rules & your regulations. Disability access distance to toilets are harder for Your disability.

No sure about the theater...my first attempt to get tickets for a show is not great..my online order crashed 3 times..not sure if it got through and have been on-hold to ATG customer services for more than ten minutes...so I keeping myself busy filling in this review...so my evaluation, to put it politely, it is rubbish.

Went there for the annual pantomime. Charming city centre theatre that does need serious refurbishment. Seats are rather uncomfortable and ceiling needs a coat of brown paint. It would be a beautiful venue if a big bit of TLC was given. Very handy to access and above all the multi-storey car park is very closed and big enough.

The seats very narrow, my son in law is 6ft 4ins and poor soul sat with his knees almost at his chin!! Also it was far too warm, I always feel the cold but it was roasting tonight, the sweat was pouring of me and it was uncomfortable! Everyone around us was fanning themselves with their programmes!!

Went to see the wonderful John Grant at Celtic Connections in a stunning old style music hall but the night was tarnished by the the treatment of a not so young, lone woman who dared to dance to Black Belt who was then bundled out roughly by two she bouncers. Audience around her protested and danced in support but to no avail - disgusting way to treat a gig goer, especially when you did not throw the many others who dared to enjoy themselves and have a dance. If you cannot deal with people dancing next to their own seat then don,t put on acts like John Grant!

We sat up the top gallery and could catch everything that was being said , also when the performance was at the front of the stage couldn't see all what was going on , the worst was the heat , if there was air conditioning we couldn't feel it , everyone was complaining about it , far too warm , very uncomfortable sitting in the small seats in that heat .

Went to see Motown Madness at the weekend. The show was absolutely fantastic. The Kings was not.
It looks grubby and dirty and in serious need of a facelift. The drinks were also flat and warm. We had a wheelchair user with us and at the end of the show audience members all stood up for the encore etc making our friend completely unable to see. I complained to the steward and got a shrug of her shoulders. Completely unacceptable. We missed the end of the show because of this which was really disappointing.

Outstanding my first taste of the theatre and absolutely loved it. I suffer from a disability and staff were great even checking in on me. All the staff were helpfull, The seats were tight and rather rigid but you get emersed into the stage so easily and theres more than one thing going on. Rock of ages was the show and it certainly was a well deserved standing ovation, I am a major film buff so this was totally diffrent. We will be back and highly recommend to anyone .

Since I was last visit there is a nice tribute to buttons himself. The one and only Gerrard kelly in the form of his boots on a plinth. Look forward to going back again soon!
