I took my new Equinox in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was informed by Joe in Service Department that they couldn t find key to unlock my lug nuts. I wasn t aware it was missing as this was my first time getting them them rotated. I found Jeremy in sales to see if he remembered showing key to me or where it might be. Without any hesitation Jeremy walked with me back to Service Department and had them replace lug nuts and key with new ones. I am ALWAYS treated as if I were the only customer at King Chevrolet. Outstanding!

King was great to work with and their sales people were very knowledgeable. I came with all my paperwork and left with a new car in a little under two hours, which is pretty quick. They have a dealership in both Loveland and Longmont that work together which is convenient!

We went there to look at a nice truck and when walking in, we were greeted by the finance manager with a salty attitude. He said "we close at 6:00PM and I have plans for the night" he then proceeded to tell us that another salesmen would help us because he will be in his office until closing. He then told us that "we're the only dealership with inventory so we make people work with our schedule" because the truck is nice, we shrugged off the unprofessional uncounter and proceeded to test drive the truck. We came back with a few issues and the response we got back was " the truck should be fine and we won't adjust the price and also won't address the issues" we walked out of the dealership without the truck just because of the unprofessionalism of the team working that night.

Supposedly I had animal damage to the wiring in my new Suburban 2021. I see no evidence of wildlife damage. King Chevy could not produce any wires with damage, even though they crumbled and fell out of the car according to the rep. The cost did not line up with the time available to complete the work. I do however see the steering column was opened up, which is a known issue and covered by my warranty. I feel fortunate to only have wasted $1000 seeing your repair shop.

Waited 15 min to get in for my appointment on 9/15...

Waited 15 min to get in for my appointment on 9/15. Was first told it would be done while I waited, then updated that they would need it for the day so they got me a Lyft home which I appreciated. They then called and said the truck would not be done until the next day. They then called on 9/16 and said they didn't have a tech to do the job and would need it another day but it would be done by noon the next day. After not receiving a call by 1pm on 9/17 I called and got placed on hold for over 10 min, I finally called back in and was informed the service person Tammy would call me back, which she did and said the truck would be completed by 4pm. I arrived at 4:45 and the truck was done but had no paperwork. They eventually sent me the paperwork in the mail. Poor service and communication.

They had my truck under warranty for a full day. When I got the truck back the problem was not fixed.
The service manager told me it was a Chevy defect and he did not know how to fix it, call Chevy. I asked to speak to the customer experience manager and he told me they do not speak to customers directly. After calling Chevy they confirmed he should have called me. Save the hassle and take your vehicle somewhere competent and truthful.

In response to Kevin's reply King GM did TRY to fix it and failed, but when I called King the next day was I was told they did not know how to fix it and would not look into it further. Although there were feasible options on the table to resolve this they went with "This is a known GM defect but I do not know how to fix it." Basically good luck with the next guy. I did follow up with GM and they were shocked that a GM certified dealer did not work to correct the issue and instead sent me on my way. GM specifically asked if I talked to the customer experience rep at King, which I requested to talk to at the time of the service, and was told "In my 20years of exp they have never talked to a customer." King GM did provide some excellent advice I would recommend to all which was "Try another dealership."

This is the place to buy a vehicle from hands down. I m from Utah (477 miles away) from the first call to see if they had the vehicle I wanted to when I drove off there lot they took care of me. They Keep in touch with me every week on details of the new vehicle. They come and pick me up from the Denver airport. The paper work (the not so fun part) they made it fun and comfortable and answered all my fun questions. They deserve 10 stars. Big thanks to all that were involved and made it happen.
