I went to the clinic for the first time on March 23. The service received is excellent. Serious approach. Lots of time spent on evaluation. Monitoring of exercises to do in person but also via the web with description and video. Very positive experience.

I had physio therapy 3 times there. Young staff but very knowledgeable. They easily helped me with my positioning problem. The "open" environment feels a bit cold and hospitalish.

Location is clean and the staff are experienced and friendly, but I find it more much more expensive than previous physio's that I've been to. I get about half the time that I am used to with other spots (with staff that is equally as experienced).

I have been to this physiotherapy clinic on several occasions. I called the clinic most recently for an emergency and the receptionist did her best give me a quick appointment. I saw Steven who took his time to ask questions and was very thorough. I have a neck injury and I am always nervous when people manipulate my neck. He explained everything and was very gentle. He kept asking if I was in pain during the whole process. I feel much better after my appointment and I have a follow-up scheduled later this week.
