Great Company! Growing up in Spokane everyone knows that Kimmel provides great service for your high school sport attire and letter jackets. What I didn't know is they do an excellent job on individual or business attire. Shop online for the ideas but bring them to Kimmel and buy local. I don't go anywhere else.
I bought my letterman's jacket at Kimmel when I was in high school. I still go to Kimmel for Gonzaga clothes and running shoes. I know they'll always have when I need.
Best store ever one out of two of the guys (other one was busy belong somone els) was AWSOME and was able to help me find everything I need and help fine the perfect size he even went to the back and brought out shoulder pads to help size my practice jersey
They had great deals and was much more affordable than other sporting places and the coustomer Service was the best
I am very disappointed with kimmel. All I need was a nice polo for golf and they didn't deliver. I ordered 5 weeks ago and my shirt was supposed be brought to me in 2-3 weeks ago and I still have not received it. How am i supposed to participate in my tournaments? Not impressed kimmel not impressed. My services will definitely be brought somewhere else.
If you are on any sort of deadline and need embroidery, use literally anyone but Kimmel. I dropped off two shirts for embroidery, three words on each shirt, on December 2nd and was told two weeks. I called on the 16th and was told that they would be ready by the 18th. I called back on the 18th and was told the afternoon of the 18th. I called on the 19th and asked why they still weren't ready and was given attitude and told that by two weeks they mean two business weeks or 14 business days. To us normal humans 14 days is 2 weeks. To Kimmel, 2 weeks is 14 business days, or 18+ actual days. My order was finally done today and I picked it up. I'm rating them one star because at least my stuff was ready by Christmas. Hey Kimmel, if you mean 14 business days SAY 14 business days!!!
Kimmel works very hard to sell you items. They say all the right things and are very responsive. Then we paid up front and that is where Kimmel falls short. We would send emails and never get responses. We then where told a time that our uniforms would be ready. When we came into pick them up they where not ready. The following week the same story. The following week the same story. I thought we just had a poor salesperson until the same poor communication and response happened with another salesperson. Kimmel is a large company that doesn't care about individual sports teams or clients. I will never spend a penny again at Kimmel and I would recommend you do the same. There are plenty of companies in Spokane that are going to work hard to earn your business. Don't waist your time with a company that obviously believes costumer service doesn't matter, only your money.
Worst. Service. Ever. My university put in an order for about 30-40 shirts/sweatshirts in May 2013 right before we graduated in June. Most of my classmates received their orders. I just received mine today.. September 23, 2013. After speaking face to face with Mike Devereux, and bugging him on two different occasions, I finally got my sweatshirt. Oh, but it doesn't end there. He went ahead and sent me another sweatshirt that belonged to a different classmate. Now, I will waste my time and gas to give the other sweatshirt to my old classmate (Remember, I've already graduated so it's not convenient for me to meet with her anymore.) Kimmel Athletic Supply may be great for in-store purchases, but they are HORRIBLE for large orders.
I get lost in the big box stores and the people working there are usually the same when it comes to answering my questions. Kimmel has the gear to help athletes perform their best AND the sports-minded people who truly know the products.
This company is truly disastrous, please go anywhere else. After placing both custom and stock orders for Nike they said stock items would be 2 weeks and custom would be 6. 4 weeks later they said there was some problem with the order and it needed to be re-placed. Despite emailing and calling weekly to see how things were going I never heard back from them, until 6 weeks later and a whopping 10 weeks after I'd placed the order they told me they had still not even placed the order for Nike. Rather than tell me any of this they just ignored me for 6 weeks completely hamstringing me from going elsewhere
