Inspect the goods well before collection, do not accept subsequent complaints. After I unpacked the spin the damage was seen and the complaint is taken into account by the warehouseman, if he says there was no damage then forget it because your word is against theirs. After spending a lot of money in that store I would expect better communication with the retailers rather than switching the ball. Anyway, I left them that spin as a gift.

After sending an email to the Management Board, Ms. Mira called and apologized for the omission and offered a new product or a refund. Praise for the reaction.

You should really visit this place so you can see it.

- The sale of a shower cabin on sale, which is not to my liking, even though it was written in the shop window that it was so.

- I had to pay for and organize the transport of the shower cabin, which was not well enough protected, which is risky due to the transport.
So, if damage had accidentally occurred during my transport of the shower cabin to the apartment, then it would have been my fault. Nice fencing by Kimi Commerce.

- The shower cabin could not be installed because the dimensions were not as it was displayed in the shop window.

- Unsuccessful attempt of the seller to re-organize and pay for the transport and return the shower cabin.

- On the day of arrival for the shower cabin from organized transport by Kimi Commerce, I had to carry the shower glass outside the building so that a man could come and say that he could not pick up the cabin because it was not well protected. I didn't get any cabin downloads.
The glasses themselves are not that heavy but they are not comfortable to wear because there is always the possibility of bumps and cracks.

- I did not want to go into further issues of getting a second cabin at the price of the old one (since the old one was on sale) and I bought the second cabin in another salon.

I understand that failure can always happen and that it is part of everyday life but I can only call this the great unprofessionalism and frivolity of a reputable company.

Extremely positive shopping experience in Kimi commerce. Very friendly and professional staff, from shop assistants, through those I spoke to on the phone to delivery people. All good!
