Inspect the goods well before collection, do not accept subsequent complaints. After I unpacked the spin the damage was seen and the complaint is taken into account by the warehouseman, if he says there was no damage then forget it because your word is against theirs. After spending a lot of money in that store I would expect better communication with the retailers rather than switching the ball. Anyway, I left them that spin as a gift.
