Recently returned to Dr. Pitts' office after an insurance change. Great first visit back. I was greeted upon entering the office. Their new hygienist, Elizabeth, was ready and I got right on back. She just started working last month. She took the time to explain everything and did a great job with my exam and cleaning. This was a great office when I had to leave them in 2011, and while most of the staff has changed, the standard of quality has not.

I love the clarity I get with Dr. Pitts and her highly trained and knowledgeable staff. I know exactly what my treatment plan entails, I know how much it costs, they handle all insurance evaluations, and at the end of my being a patient for over a year, I have exactly what I wanted: a clean and healthy smile. Thank you all for being really great at your jobs!

Just color me Happy with being a new patient of Dr. Kimberly Pitts, Dentistry here in Murfreesboro, Tn.

My first visit, (January 12, 2021) I received exactly what I needed to be up -to -date for repairs, etc. from Dr Pitts. The very next morning I was scheduled to start my path for my plan. I look forward for all the visits I need and working with Dr Pitts .

Shout out to all the staff for being so kind and filled with pride in doing their job with complete competence.

I can t forget Terry, who made this transition in processing all necessary paperwork and welcoming me to Dr. Pitts Dentistry.

Dr. Pitts and her office staff are incredible. They are flexible, professional, and very reasonable as far as cost. I have seen several dentists in the past and this is by far the friendliest and most professional office I ve ever been to. I have since transitioned all of my family to Dr. Pitts office for their dental care.

Going to the dentist is not my idea of fun but taking care of my teeth and oral health overrides everything. Dr. Pitts and her staff did everything they could to make my crown replacement as fast and stress-less as possible. Also, I was happy that their advanced technology allowed them to create my new crown during my visit so I did not have to come back another day for the fitting. Overall, a great experience! I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Pitts for everything dental.
