No benefit. Do not work here. I would give them a negative star. Poor management. WHEN YOU HAVE ISSUE YOU CAN NOT GO TO HR BECAUSE HR IS RUN BY THERE FAMILY MEMBERS. If you are looking for a temporary place to work at, Definitely come here. This place has a lot of HIPAA violations.
I love working here! Management wants everyone to succeed and is willing to help whenever they can. You are consistently getting feedback on performance so you know how you are doing and where there is room for improvement. The gratitude makes you want to go above and beyond expectation.

I just started working here almost 2 months ago and I am super shocked to read these negative reviews about KTTS. Since working here I have seen nothing but excellent customer service given to every single person that has called. Management is wonderful. KTTS can't help the fact that an interpreter sometimes shows up late. Bottom line is, it's a great company with great customer service and management. I am happy that I am a part of KTTS.
lacks in every sense of customer service. The attitude given by KTT employees is that its not their problem and they will not bend over backwards to help their clients out. not to mention hold times are only longer and longer and there have been many times where I have been on hold for 10 minutes or more and then get disconnected. Very unprofessional. I try to use Garden or Keystone as much as possible.
One of the BEST companies ever, super sweet and hard working staff ever. They've always come up with a solution to make it work out even on the worst days that someone may have. I highly recommend!

When I started working for Kim 15 years ago it was a really great company. For a last 5-6 years, since Kim stepped down and family took over the business, everything goes down the hill. Nobody takes care of interpreters, they don't provide jobs anymore, just parasiting on cases the interpreters do. Horrible customer service. Soon company will be out of business for good.
