Killarney is one of our provinces Jewels, but to experience it properly make sure you have a canoe, and book an interior site rather then a campsite in one of the campgrounds. Make sure you don't leave any garbage and be respectful to other campers as noise can travel over water too. Hope you enjoy as much as we do.

So much to do and explore. Our site was clean, campground is small and quiet, bathrooms and comfort stations were clean. Beach is decent. Only downside is you have to leave the campground to rent canoes or kayaks from the Outfitters

First time visiting and just fell in love with the provincial park. We booked last minute and the site was absolutely beautiful. Right beside the rocks that give you a great view of George lake. Swam in the lake as well and so refreshing. Canoe rentals are also available. Also did the Granite ridge hike and got amazing views of Georgian Bay and the La Cloche.

The quartzite was an amazing background for the fall foliage. Busy despite being a shoulder season but that's be a cause it's such a wonderful place I supposed. Easy paddles and mostly well maintained Portages.

Absolutely breathtaking scenery. Rough terrain along highway 637, as a large portion of the road is gravel. Allow plenty of space between your vehicle and the one in front of you, to decrease the amount of flying stones and dust created. Drive carefully and watch out for multiple potholes. Hoping the work that is underway is to address paving of this road, for a better driving experience for visitors to the area.

My favourite park in Ontario. The La Cloche Trail, the crystal clear water, the rugged terrain, the beautiful canoe routes, and the panoramic views all contribute to a memorable experience every time.

For canoeists, hikers and tents primarily. Not really the best park for rv's or trailers on George lakesides, Trout Creek has bigger sites, but no electrical sites, or water fill available. The scenery at Killbear PP is more to our taste. At Killbear it is easier to walk close to the Georgian Bay shoreline. This park is on a lake, not on the shores of GB. Only small beaches if you want to lay on a beach. Water is beautiful and clear. Lots and lots of mosquitoes, deerflies and horseflies so come prepared with mosquito coils and bug spray:-) This year, June 2018 also lots of caterpillars devastating the deciduous trees.A long drive, about 58km, on a bit of a bumpy road from the highway.

I've only spent time on the trails and canoeing the backcountry so I don't know what the frontcountry is like, however this is one of my favorite parks in Ontario. Adventure lurks around every corner and bay.

Good trails, like the Crack which offered a bit of rock scrambling. Canoeing with portaging was fun from George Lake. Facilitates are clean even in COVID shut down. Not shower due to COVID. Lots of bugs, so bring your spray or think skin. Raccoons are smart there. They can open zippers.

The park is huge and so beautiful. Some of the places doesn't allow dogs so that's a buzzkill. The Laurentian lake high is one of the best ones. It's not that difficult and the hike itself is picturesque. It also has a picnic area to bring and eat your food.

Easy access to a variety of great, challenging hikes. Located on the banks of George Lake, providing a beautiful view and paddling if you bring your boat. Lots of campsites, including paddle and hiking access sites: just book early!

Going only for a day trip, I was overall amazed by how satisfying this hike was. When I arrived at the parking lot, the parking meter was down and there was ample amount of parking (I started my hike at 5:30am). I recommend wearing grippy footwear especially if you are planning to go to The Crack. Definitely one of the best hikes I've been on and I can't wait to go back with a canoe!

Come early for the non reservable camp sites. The crack trail is a about 4 hours long with beautiful views. I would recommend the chickenising trail which is also close by and shorter with better views.

The crown jewel of Ontario provincial parks. Stunning landscapes in the La Cloche mountains with beautiful hiking trails and access to the north shoes of Georgian Bay. The main issue is popularity and being able to book a site.

This place is amazing, really stunning. If you ever have the opportunity to camp on OSA or Killarney Lakes, you should do it. Hike up "The Crack" trail for an amazing view of the hills and Georgian Bay.
