Beautifull view with sunset...great place for holiday with family and freand

Great stay about a week with several trips through the island, with a well farting driver

Dirty, slightly unorganized, employees were rude, I saw staffs fought in front of me, even when they moved chairs right next to me they were unpolite moved it by foot with noises, eventhough architecture was impressive so far, delicious meals...but they should improve it.

Unfortunately, our stay at Kila Senggigi Beach Lombok was very disappointing, we did not get the promised room and our assigned bungalow was very old. The door could not close properly and the nights were spent together with geckos. The bathroom was very dark and the shower very tight with no storage space for shampoo, ect. Only the outside shower was great. At night it was also very loud because of Ramadan and from 6 o'clock in the morning you are woken up by motorcycles. The pool is very small and on the beach you have no peace because of the intrusive sellers. The staff was very friendly but we would not book again.

I was so wide, I got lost when I wanted to go back to the room. I need a map of the room like this ni swimming pool is okay. Delicious seafood grill, the other pretty decent. Just standard service. There was a cockroach in the bathroom after a big rain - I don't know where it came from

The place is spacious and there are a lot of meeting rooms, just don't lose if you stay here because the place is on the beach. Anyway The Best.

Hotel with a very good view, I got a room that directly faces the sea, the food is also good. As for the service, I don't like it much because yesterday I wasn't really looking for a towel card when I wanted to check out, even though the card was on the TV table which was very visible. But all good, recomended. Come here again!

I have been coming to this hotel for years now. Living in Bali made me get out from the bad trafic to have some quiet days in Lombok..Its realy a lovely relaxing place.Nice staff they are always very friendly and welcome me with" Welcome Home Ibu",I have seen the hotel growing and its really upgrading every time i go, there are some nice chances.The beach has wonderfull white sand and paved path where you can easily walk. Yes it is my second home.

This hotel is nice ... the view is good, the waiter is friendly, and clean. There is a prayer room at the back, the garden is neatly arranged. There are rooms directly facing the pool or beach. The rate is decent, but commensurate with the facilities, some rooms are in the form of villas with wood. Suitable for gathering or family gathering. Recommended

Nice hotel. The rooms are large and clean. The resort is attractive with the different types of houses. The staff are friendly and speak good english. The breakfast is extensive and there is also a lot of choice if you want to have lunch or dinner there. From the sunset bar you can watch a beautiful sunset, with live music from a band in the background. The beach is white and the sand is soft. There are plenty of sun beds and you can borrow towels at the swimming pool. You can snorkel in the blue sea, but watch the current because it is quite strong. This hotel is definitely recommended!

Excellent customer orientation and attention to detail. I had mentioned that we are vegetarian, at the time of booking. When we checked in, the executive acknowledged it and informed us of the options available for us. When we went for breakfast, the restaurant staff knew our specific requirement the moment we mentioned our room number. I am a fan of this resort and their entire staff.
