Kila Senggigi Beach Lombok Review

A somewhat older but well maintained apartment hotel, friendly staff, on the beach you have a view of Bali with Mount Agung, swimming pool and sun beds are fine as well as the service, there is a great Italian restaurant, but outside there are also plenty of restaurants, unfortunately not all equally good. This is really a place to refuel.

The beach is beautiful and a cozy, quite place to enjoy either in the morning or at the noon. When the sky is clear you can eyewitness the beauty of sunset lies on the bech next to the Mt. Agung, Bali

It's a nice location. They have bungalow type hotel. The beach is really nice, white sandy beach. Not a fan of the breakfast selection.

It is a beautiful hotel to end a stay on Bali and Lombok.
The rooms are very comfortable. The gardens also very nice to hang out. Featuring a pool with sea views.
The breakfast is also very complete. Without talking about the bar facing the sea where you can enjoy a cocktail ...

Amazing, friendly staff.
The rooms are comfortable, have direct views of the beach and can immediately see the sunset on the beach which is still in the same area as the hotel.
Only for the breakfast menu is less varied, and the room curtains must be repaired.

Arrived at the reception of the hotel, we are informed that the reservation is not registered. We present the paper confirmations we had with us proving the opposite.
We are then told to pay a deposit of $ 100 to get the room.
We show our paper reservations on which it is written in black and white that reservation, deposit and insurance are paid.
A movie starts, the credit card of our agency is not supposed to have passed.
We categorically refuse to pay by telling them to call the local correspondent of the agency, they can not do it!
25 minutes later, after a good dose of nervousness, sniffing the scam or scam with full nose, but staying on our positions, they end up giving us a room.
The room is located between two areas of buildings under construction (permanent noises all day), the night is the nightclub that we hear ...
800 meters from the room to the breakfast area is nice every morning ...

The staff is without, eating locally "Italian" is expensive and of poor quality although the setting on the beach is beautiful.
More than disappointed by a hotel that advertises a facade standing but which in reality turns out to be a great business machine without interest or human aspect.

Horrible service, subpar rooms and lots of other options in senggigi for the same price if not less that are much much nicer!! Mostly the service is just horrendous. I haven t met a rude indonesian until I stayed at this hotel.

Very cozy places with humble services... I recommend have a breakfeast and dinner @basilico resto nearby the beach... It have a absolutely spectacular view ofthe senggigi beach specificly at the sunset time.... If the sky are clear, we also can looking at the Mt. Agung at bali island.....

Old hotel, but tasty.

Come here because of an office outing. The atmosphere is really shady, if you like trees - would say that the place is shady and cool. If you don't like it - will say the place is spooky.

There are 2 types: villa type and hotel type.

I happened to get the hotel type. When I entered, I felt a bit cramped. Then I set the ac mode to dry, for about an hour. It's done, no more packing - switch to cool mode. Facilities inside and outside the room are okay, breakfast is okay.

The drawback is that it is rather difficult to find the location of the room. The room number does not reflect what floor it is, but the unit. On the map it is a bit difficult to read which unit is where. The directions are not accommodating .. But the staff is very helpful, so you can ask "where are the rooms?" And deliver it how many times we need ...

When there was no basic procedure for handling Covid, I was surprised too, is it because it was quiet? But it should still be there. Overal facilities like hotels in general.

The position of the resort is close to the dinner spot outside. The beach can also directly snorkel. Can canoe. Or rent a boat. Very spacious, so you have to be smart to choose the room so that it is not far away to the beach or the restaurant. Unfortunately for kids activities there is no facility. Good service.

The place is cool and if you want to look for sunset, the comments here can be while drinking and snacking at the cafe too

Rigth at the heart of Senggigi beach. Close to shops, foods and attraction. Garden is well maintain and beautiful. Staffs were friendly. Breakfast was plenty and delicious.
Beautiful place to catch sunset and start the morning. Room is nice. Bathroom is okay for a very old hotel (the first big hotel in Lombok, i suppose)

Friendly service, strategic hotel location on Senggigi Beach, offering a quiet beach view and far from the city crowd. For food at breakfast, self-service, even though it is still in a pandemic, is provided a place for washing hands and hand sanitizers.
