she was my sons neuro three yrs back. before this doctor i took my son next door to comprehensive with dr el said and they never found anything. but this kids neuro doctor found the problem with an MRI and did multiple ruled out exams to check for his fainting episodes. she finally found the problem and none of the other places did. I highly recommend this office and the doctor. the staff its great and they are very equipped and clean also professional.

I have been very happy taking my twins to see Dr.Rathinam she is friendly and informative on how to best help our kids. It's also convenient the EEG lab is just a door away. I would have given the facility a 5 star review but its impossible to get through on the phone. I have called numerous times today and they still haven't switched over their phones I need my kids RX sent to the pharmacy

I went for the first time this week and very delighted with the treatment provided and Dr. Sheila Ramos very good and professional! I will certainly continue to care for my son there

Not recommend at all very unprofessional you go to get help for your child and they kick you out because they delete the medical records!!!!!!!! They give diagnosis but no treatment so sad

Worst place ever won't fax my daughter record to another Neuro so she can continue treatment and get an appointment in the new place they are the worst don't go there. they call me complaining about my review sorry but I speak the truth the doctor is OK staff unprofessional hanged up on my husband and refuse to fax my daughters records to her new Neuro it wasn't until 2 weeks later that they fax her records the receptionist doesn't speak English and they have a loud mouth lady in the front who needs to go back to learn about how to treat a patient glad I'm no longer dealing with incompetent people who need to go back to school and Lear proper patient treatment.

They have a wonderful team, the doctor was so nice and explained everything super well. There are definitely not many specialists in Orlando, but this site is possibly the best to bring your little one and they will attend you well, very happy with the consultation and really grateful for attending us so soon. Erik is great on the phone and helped us a lot, and Dr. Sheila Ramos is a love

The staff are very friendly especially the guy in frontdesk. He always have a great smile to greet you. We saw Dr.Rathinam and she is very thorough and takes her time to her patients. We went to her for a second opinion and we kept her since because she really cares with her patients. I love the way she sat down and talk to me(parents) explain and answer all my questions.

Every time, no matter if it's 9am, 10:30 am, 1:30pm or 2:30pm, I try to contact the doctor's office I keep getting automatically transferred to the emergency number. & the staff that answers that number is extremely rude. Especially the lady named Melissa. She talks to you like you are a child when you are just trying to contact the office about your child. Then to top it all off you hardly never get a call back. Unless you live right around the corner so you are able to drive there just to get a answer to your question, I do not recommend this office. But the doctor was good, the one time he did go, so far.

We absolutely love Dr.Rathinam at Kids Neuro care she is highly educated kind and sincere on helping our kids. My only complaint is they don't switch over their phones so calling them and getting in touch with the office is not an option most times I have to drive 40 minutes just to speak to someone.

This clinic deserves more than 5 stars Eric at the front desk is super nice and professional the medical assistant super friendly and Dr Sheila Ramos came super fast explained everything in details she is nice too the clinic is beautiful everything new and modern and super clean, it was a wonderful experience I loved the doctor and all the staff, we recommend this clinic in orlando location

For me they are the best team ever. The staff, nurses and Doctors all are a great team. Every time I go I feel like I'm in family. They really love kids and they don't see it like just another patient, they are friendly and always listen to our concerns as parents. A hundred percent recommended!

Ive been going here for a year now. They put my daughter on new meds and i cant even fill it because the doctor has to sign off and its been two weeks , still no prescription. Aside from that this is a good office to come to. You may find it difficult to get someone on the phone more often then not.

They could do better in that aspect as well as helping out with faster turn around for issues regarding their mistakes.

Still can not reach anyone by phone. Ive been calling for hours and its an automated system. All i need is to ask about insurance and the phone lines are never open.
