I needed two infant capsules fitted as well as a toddler car seat into a larger sedan car. I have found Rosanne who fitted them very professional and friendly. She even checked on the existing toddler seat in the middle. I found the price very reasonable. Definitely worth a visit to Herston. Highly recommended!

I had a car seat installed at Mater Hospital. It was installed correctly however the shoulder straps were not adjustable, so we could not secure out baby. When I called they said they are responsible for securing the car seat, but they do not show you how to tighten shoulder straps. Whilst it was a minor issue with the seat itself (buckle was stuck), i am blown away that they dont check that the seat is useable before handing it over. They literally take it out of the box, and install it. So technically, they were the ones who got the buckle stuck at the rear of the seat. When I called them they were rude; i said do you not check that the seat is useable? They said they check that the seat is secure to the car, not the straps. No care factor at all. Get your seats installed by somewhere else because their carefactor and customer service was very poor, especially given the message they send (if its not kidsafe its not kidsafe)

Have had Susan from kidsafe come out a few times now for my son's car seat to be modified (scoliosis) made more safe than the past set up we've had.
Highly recommend as they know their stuff and help educate you on what's best for your child.
