Comfortable luxury hotel. Rooms are excellent, friendly staff. Somewhat too little parking. Breakfast was a buffet, but the omelet and egg carried about 15 minutes - as it was for me, it was a long time.

Nice modern and fancy hotel located in a beautiful place, on the hill next to the pond and Dnipro river.

This hotel was originally opened as one of the Four Seasons by Sheraton chain hotels. Has a modern and chic design! Good service! Rooms overlooking the Dnieper River are simply mesmerizing, especially while admiring the sunsets! There is a hall for events! A restaurant! Places to relax, as well as a cup of coffee or tea. In summer, there is a terrace, you can smoke a hookah with a beautiful view of the promenade with cool music, and on the weekends playing a DJ. The rooms are of an excellent standard, everything is clean! I recommend staying at this hotel! The best in Zaporozhye!

Was on the 12th floor, there are magnificent views of the island of Khortytsya and r. Dnieper. If you rent an office or settle in a hotel, definitely choose the view from the window not on the city (plants), but on the Island. You'll like it)

Rested in a suite! It was all clean and comfortable, especially the balcony and a magnificent landscape! The kitchen is good but of the same type - the same thing (but the most important thing is that it s tasty and soulful, that you always want to come and knowing that you won t stay hungry!) )

The service is clearly not worth the money. There are not even basic disposable hygiene products in the room. It seemed that in a hotel of this level, which they are trying to present, this is nonsense. Breakfast is generally separate and totally disappointing. At the entrance they ask for scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs and offer nothing else. They just bring a glass of packaged juice, activism, an omelet with two indistinct sausages, a piece of roll for 20 rubles from the supermarket + sliced cold cuts of sausage, cheese and ham. You can make coffee yourself. What is this, gentlemen? Not even an English breakfast. What if we don't eat this, and even more so for breakfast? There is almost never any staff in the lobby, and after 22:00 so in general. There is a constant smell of cigarettes on the floor. There is dust on the windowsill. The coffee machine in the room was broken initially, there is no iron, although there is a place for it in the closet. If I need to iron two folds quickly, do I need to waste time and hand over the thing for ironing? The room was reserved for two, a bathrobe and slippers in a single copy.

Clean small rooms, if you order drinks from the bars there are no nuts or pringles, if you order taxi through reception beware the drivers will charge you twice as normal, if you ask the price from the receptionist they will not tell you.

I advise those who wrote negative reviews to live in other hotels in the city of Zaporozhye, NOT Europe! ... feel the difference .... One of the most popular and fashionable hotels in Zaporozhye. It was built and opened initially as one of the hotels of the world famous hotel chain "Four points by Sheraton". Therefore, the level of this hotel was initially appropriate. But for some reason, the Sheraton company left our city, which is very disappointing, because the very presence of a hotel in this hotel chain already attracts tourists. At the moment, the hotel is called "Khortitsa Palace" (Khortitsa Palace). Here, in one of the towers, one of the business centers of the city is also located.

The hotel is consistently comfortable. Stable with high quality service. I see significant changes in the complained breakfasts.

And more. There are only 2 hotels in Zaporozhye, which I will recommend to those who are dear to me. And one of them is this one.

I stay at this hotel regularly and have to admit that this is the best thing to do in Zaporozhye right now. But there are, as they say, nuances. First, breakfast. 3 points out of 5. And this is only due to the fact that you can order normal scrambled eggs and delicious cheeses available, and so would 2 out of 5. By the way, if you order something, be prepared for the fact that the staff will be look at you like a hymn. Everything else - baked potatoes (in fact, somehow ugly boiled-roast), disgusting grilled mushrooms (how can you spoil the mushrooms?), Some deshman boiled sausages with ATB - not edible. I beseech you - tell the one who prepares it and change the menu, for the third year I stop periodically, and with my eyes closed I know where that will be. There are yogurt and muesli and nuts, it seems - but not everyone is on a diet, some want to eat normally. The sausage-cheese slicing is normal. Tomatoes and cucumbers settle all year long. And more. For the breakfast there is a herring - the most necessary;) From time to time there is no staff. Cutlery is not replenished in a timely manner - it is usual when there are no large tea cups or spoons. If you order lunch in the morning, be prepared to pick it up from yesterday's leftover food, at least it seems. In terms of numbers, everything is great. Lovely bed. Convenient desk and chair. Wi-fi - no questions at all. The ability to make coffee in the room. Bathroom approx. There are irons and kettle in the room - not all hotels can afford this. Of the elements of the gutter - a dental kit, a sponge for shoes in the room are missing (can be ordered).
