Knowledgeable staff who make you feel relaxed while traveling to a different country. Plus, they plan out events for guests to socialize with one another, along with the Japanese locals. Great place.

For this type of hostel-hotel very modern the quality is almost perfect and the price is very cheap (depend of day of course) for Tokyo and this area (close to asakusa station)
At reception some speak a little English some more and Korean and maybe Chinese and of course Japanese.
Even the check-in is not before 3 pm it s possible to enjoy the lounges and kitchen (one of best full kitchen I knew in Japan) in first floor. After the check-in (and check out) you can enjoy manga room in 5th floor.
some dormitory female or mix (8) has private toilet and 1 shower and others showers and toilets in common area.
The stockage luggage is free and free razor and teeth brush.
Breakfast free for everybody even for the cheapest booking not the best one but no limited and smalls + jam and chocolate paste (and tea and coffee every time)
Second time for this place, room is nice, small bathroom as other hotel, But heater not working well, this will be ok if you come here on not winter season. Staff very very nice, have kitchen also
This was one heck of a unique experience. A bit of a Hostel experience in the common areas but private enough rooms. Wacky decor and helpful free amenities (razor, toothbrush, board games) make this a fun place to stay. Walking distance to Buddhist Temple, food, shopping etc.
I didn't like the rooms. It have the structure of an old motel. The bed is small and not so comfortable. The rules said that they won't help you if you have a medical problem. (That's just a human thing to do!).
They let you keep your luggage after checkout but they don't even give you a label to store it.
Pros: They lent us an umbrella on a rainy day. The staff was kind.
Great Experience. The 8 person shared rooms can be rough. Expecially when traveling alone. there is really no reason for the beds not to have curtains. Amazing staff! Perfect English! Great entertainment! I expecially enjoyed the Tea ceremony. beds are not comfortable. didn't get much sleep when roommates arrive at 2-3am every night. if you are looking for a place to leave your stuff while you explore Asakusa this place is perfect.
