I found the service lacking in responsiveness and support. The digital signage solutions offered seemed promising at first, but the execution did not meet expectations. Integration challenges became more apparent over time, making it difficult to maintain a smooth operation. Overall, the experience fell short of what I had anticipated.

I have worked with Keywest Technology as a marketing consultant on many digital signage projects over the years. They may not be the biggest supplier, but I think they are the best, at least in the Midwest area. They really care about the customer and always go beyond what's expected to make digital signage something exceptional rather than ordinary.

I am very disappointed in this company. We have for years had a problem with the clock on the MediaZone they sold us. They have been unable to fix it over those years and now say they will not provide further support and that we should buy a new system from them. How can we, when the system they sold us doesn't work right?
Review was posted, by a person no longer with the customer, after our HelpDesk! team identified the likely issue as a BIOS battery on the motherboard. Easily replaced. Customer chose not to repair it. BTW, The unit is a PC and was purchased in March of 2015. The model was discontinued in June of 2018 and was declared EoL in January of 2019. At the time we offered an extremely attractive 'trade-up' on our newest Cloud-Based Breeze System. They chose not to take advantage.
