Great sweets , great tasting coffee although it could have been hotter as asked.

Disappointed that I had to spend my whole 30 minute lunch break waiting for a staff members to heat up my sausage roll that I had bought from here.

Ordered a iced latte and I got an ice breaker with ice in it

I saw them pull out a 2l of ice breaker and put it in a cup of ice.

Slow coffee. One guy on the machine and three people out the back chatting.

The meal I had at this cafe was one of the worst I have had in living memory.The wait for the food was exceptionally long. The counter staff were indifferent and the quality of the food was very poor(cold and tasteless). My visit to this cafe was the lowest point in what was a good holiday in Cairns.

This is a great little eatery to rest or hide from the rain. Great service and great coffee.

Unfriendly staff-ample parking but at a cost-good coffee but miss the choc cakes/famous australian pavlova and cheesecake

Coffee is OK, the staff are friendly, and they have a reasonable range of snacks.

i visited this cafe today for a birthday lunch with my friend and the food was terrible! i ordered nachos, but the chips were stale, there was little to no cheese, and the portion of chicken was barely enough to cover the chips! When i mentioned to the waitress (blonde girl) that my chips were stale, and that the meal was not satisfactory, the waitress did not even acknowledge my complaint, or apologise, she just took the plate full of stale chips and walked away! I DO NOT recommend this coffee shop, this is definitely not a good coffee shop for food or customer service!

Friendly staff, decent prices.... Large meals. Breakfast burger bacon could have been cooked more. Amazing Frappe's. Child friendly!!!

Great breakfast. Freshly cooked. Wasn't sure about value until we tasted the food. Outstanding. Same goes for the service.

Tried to help the owner, as a stranger approached me a hundred metres away, who couldn't find this place. Their website AND Google maps where listed with the wrong physical location.
Got told to clear off and dismissed with rudeness when I told the business owner that I was updating the google maps pin, putting the centre floor plan up for people to find, and suggested they update their hardcoded website.
Steer clear of this one, pit of vipers if you strike a bad day.
The poor junior staff looked like they had seen this behaviour before.

The place is not very busy and the counter staff appear to have never worked in hospitality before. Long lines and little movement.

Good coffee and nice cakes. Go every couple of weeks and always consistent.

Great coffee and delicious breakfast. Lovely tropical atmosphere. Open early, so a great place for breakfast before shopping or touring.

Fabulous place for coffee bite to eat or milkshake and to catch up with friends.

Flat white with froth and choccy isn't cappuccino.

I went with a friend in the morning and it was amazing. Very good brekky sandwich and good french toast. Hot chocolate was amazing, I still believe this place sells the best hot chocolates in Cairns.

Waited over 20 minutes for a coffee which was not nice at all ended up throwing it out lady making coffee had a very smart attitude reat of staff were lovely will never go back.

Arrived just before 1, only available food breakfast rolls/burgers, pies etc (I suspect sitting there all morning) available for preheat, no offer of anything fresh, anyway hunger prevailed and $18 later preheated roll with rubber eggs and average coffee.

Long wait for coffee and the cappuccino chocolate dusting tasted bitter and stale. Ended up having to throw it away.

Great service, even though busy were very pleasant, offered free biscuit for wait which was not long really, but nice to see for a change in Cairns. Food and coffee delicious homemade

Pretty basic coffee store. Liked the wide range of food (prices weren't displayed though...) and the food itself was decent too (again, basic). Service was stoic at best, unwelcoming at worst.

Needed a great coffee and light snack. Coffee Bean Estate did just the job - well priced and good timing too. Thank you!

Hooe it is only new staff...but disappointed with today's service. Have been coming to CBE for over 10 yrs - today's Cool Blended Latte not quute right and service average....however, not put off!

Friendly staff.. Nice vegetarian burger... First time in Cairns and it was my first place to grab some food... I guess I chose right!

Got off the plane after an all nighter from Perth. No sleep, two small children, frayed nerves etc. We all felt significantly calmer after eating breakfast here. The Works Brekky was fantastic, lots of perfectly cooked bacon. The hollandaise on the perfectly poached eggs was a nice touch. The pancakes with ice cream went down a treat with Mr 4 (I may have eaten half because there was so much). Coffees were delicious. Wife said the Eggs Benedict with Salmon was great too. There was a nice area on floorboards to relax in.

Really great coffee and even made to order with extra. View and location is absolutely magical. Highly recommended. And very friendly staff.

We love this place...we can sit either out on the deck or inside in air con......service always good, great coffees....the background music is always tolerable....which makes meeting with friends for a chat actually doable.....!!

Cozy cafe with location and sofa seating on the terrace.
As it is vacant from 7 am, we think that hotel of this neighborhood is easy to use.
Personally, I felt that coffee was a shop like ordinary, and rather it was a shop to enjoy the morning together.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and beautiful food and coffee

Service was snailpaced and slow. Staff had to be reminded three times to find our order. Took 30mins to get a slice of cheesecake from the cabinet and put a teabag in hot water and it wasn't even busy.

Thanks guys, I had a lovely hot chocolate and my partner had a swiss vanilla latte. We both said "this is good!" after the first sip. Nice relaxing afternoon on the deck watching people go about their day!

Have a cocoa and coffee drunk. Both were so-so. It's just a matter of taste. Prices are like other coffees. There was relatively stable and lawless free internet.

Waited 45 mins for our food!!!! Is it so hard to make scrambled eggs and pancakes ?

Poached eggs on toast was great. Service friendly and very fast.

Excellent coffee and food. Extremely nice, friendly and professional staff. Very wide selection of food and drinks. It's not very common for cafes to have hot drinks in so many sizes, and strength (coffee), but Coffee Bean Estate is offering it to suit every one's taste. Great atmosphere. Definitely will be back next time we are visiting Cairns.

I had a great coffee and really fresh delicious apple strudel. Yum yum.

Very slow service considering they were not busy. More interested in talking to acquaintances.
