I work here and I am so proud to be a part of this team. My colleagues are professional and truly care about the patients and their families. The Director is passionate about providing high quality care and has a wealth of knowledge about palliative medicine.

I cannot speak to the experience of hospice care physically in this building, my grandmother was given hospice in her home with her husband/my grandfather, myself, and my husband taking care of her ourselves everyday. Tyler and Michael were the people who were scheduled to assist us with the process. Medication, care tips, etc, they helped us through everything. My grandmother was given hospice on a Wednesday evening, we preferred to care for her ourselves day and night until she passed an entire week later. Due to some very awful family disputes and ongoing bad blood, there was a lot of miscommunication of how to best help my grandmother and causing Keystone to send a social worker out only once and almost two days after she was admitted to hospice at home. But no worries. After talking to Michael, he VERY QUICKLY assessed the family tension without me having to say ANYTHING and guided me and my husband through the caring process. I was feeling very scared and sad thinking that I wasn t doing a good enough job. When Michael and Tyler came and complimented our care saying my grandmother looked comfortable, my heart swelled. When her time came, she really did look comfortable. I could not have done it without them. Thank you Keystone for having two amazing, lovely souls like Michael and Tyler, they are truly a dime a dozen.

We had a terrible experience with KeystoneCare. The 'sales' team was very helpful but - in practice - the care was not good. They spent little time with my mum - all their time was on the phone, preparing meals for themselves, or on their break. I am not convinced that they actually were qualifies. There are some good reviews on here, so maybe we were just very unlucky, but things were tricky!

We felt discriminated when we went for a general checkup for my mother. We weren't accommodated and were talked to rudely by an annoyed nurse. I didn't know what to feel at that moment. I felt belittled by the judgmental looks of that nurse. I really hope this just an isolated case and they indeed care for patients, but I'm not sure. If you don't dress up well and look like an ordinary citizen, I think you better not visit this place and avoid the discrimination that we experienced.

Our family is so grateful to Keystone for the care and attention they gave my mother during the last weeks of her life. The Doctor, RN's, Aides and Administrators were all so thoughtful and professional, and it made it easier for the family to know she was in good hands. It was also nice to have a homelike environment for our visits. Everything seemed more personal than we could have expected or hoped for.

Very disappointing, fees have increased whist the quality of care has decreased. When a carer is supposed to be helping my mom to shower and change, she simply stands to one side and watches. They don't really care but are only interested in making more money. If you want you loved ones to be cared for compassionately with good experienced carer, this isn't the company you want.

They charged us $10,O00per month.. They moved my afro American mother from her private room to accommodate a white male patient. I threaten to report them for discrimination/ she was returned to her room.

Having to put my Dad in hospice was such a daunting experience. However, Rosie and the rest of the staff made us all feel so comfortable from the beginning, to the unfortunate end. The nurses were family-friendly. In fact, the feel of this entire place is wonderfully personal and intimate. Highly recommended.

They are not worth trusting and leaving your parents with them would be a total mistake. Though not everyone gets the horrible experience we had, but we heard a lot of stories of how the elders have been treated here. I wished we knew about this sooner and not have my parents go through what they did from the nurses who looked after them.
