I worked with a few of the reps at Keystone Technologies on a lighting project in my warehouse. Not only did they take the time to tell me how my lighting could be more efficient and brighter, but they went the extra mile to follow up and make sure we were happy with their products and there weren't any issues. The best part about this company is you always get a live person...no voicemails or call centers. Highly recommend!!

The employees at this company drive extremely dangerously in and around their shared Lansdale office parking lot. I have witnessed numerous incidents involving school buses and near misses with pedestrians. I will go to Lutron for lighting services.

I made a simple phone call to file a claim for a ballast that went bad. After finding out that it was just out of warranty they didn't hesitate to send a new one. I was on hold for a little while but once I reached someone the call ending in about 2 minutes with a new ballast being sent to me no questions asked even though it was just out of warranty. ABSOLUTE TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Great products and service. We ve upgraded all of our lighting using to keystone s led components and lights. We won t have to replace bulbs nearly as often and we re using much less energy in our production facility and offices.
