I made a simple phone call to file a claim for a ballast that went bad. After finding out that it was just out of warranty they didn't hesitate to send a new one. I was on hold for a little while but once I reached someone the call ending in about 2 minutes with a new ballast being sent to me no questions asked even though it was just out of warranty. ABSOLUTE TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
