I have worked for this company for 20 years. It has been a blast. I have learned so much and have come so far. I look forward to spending the rest of my working life with Keymark. It makes a big difference working for a company that has an owner you can actually talk to. There's something to be said about feeling like you are a valued person instead of just a number on a time sheet.
What makes this company unique? The people; they are family and friends working together towards a common goal. The leadership team has a hands-on approach and continues to improve with each passing day. In less than four years, I ve seen the company grow to new heights and can t see myself working anywhere else.
Dont waste your time if you want to wait 2yrs for 1 week vacation
This is a great company to work for and management is very involved, it's aluminum extrusion so it's a very hot work environment but they do what they can to keep you comfortable.
Many of the 5-star comments that appear here, I think, are not impartial as they should be, since they are from people who work in the company in managerial positions. That will never be a disinterested opinion.
Terrible experience with this people , it is an 1800 capitalist company, that is the way they treat their employee , people that are working there because there are no better jobs in the area.
It is a company full of opportunities, a lot of good person is like a big family. Excellent work team.

Worked here for only two months but because I was white I was ignored, I had a serious issue with a co-worker being incredibly rude and confrontational and the supervisor refused to do anything several times, he even knocked over my coworkers things and never apologized just told him he was in his way. They also pay way under pay they start you at 9.00 an hour for a job that demands at least 10.50. one of the worst jobs I've worked easy but unfair
