I had a medical claim that was being deducted automatically and then the hospital sold out and turned all their debt over to Keybridge. I received nothing from Keybridge with no phone calls and on the 30th day they reported it to my credit bureau. I called Keybridge in which they are very unprofessional and kept saying that they are following the Fair Credit reporting act and would not work with me even though I offered to pay in full. This is all happened because Dekalb Memorial hospital sold to Parkview and turned over all of their account's regardless of automatic payments. So I thought I was still currently paying for the debt instead Dekalb handed over all their accounts to Keybridge in which Keybridge DOES NOT make good attempts like they claim to contact you so this DOES NOT happen with credit reporting. This similar scenario happened to my brother from Keybridge. They should get some shirts made stating "PROUDLY WRECKING PEOPLES CREDIT SINCE 1981"

This place is ridiculous. We recieved a collections letter because a bill was not submitted to insurance. Upon recieving letter, we call immediately just to be told that they wont bill insurance company. Says it is too old. It's apparently not to old to send us our first bill. Just too old to send to the insurance co. We spoke with the insurance company and they are presently waiting for the bill. KeyBridge is dirty.

I had a debt through them and after talking to Katie and set up a payment plan, she was supposed to email me the payment plan and never did. Then I talked to Michelle and same thing, never got the email. Finally, talked to Nikki the supervisor and she was wonderful. She ended up just faxing my employer directly after typing up a report and was very helpful. My advise, If you need an email from them, don't hold your breath because neither of mine came to me. Ask for Nikki and let her help you.

I never got anything from them, just showed up on my credit, costing me a house loan. I was paying on my bills through parkview mychart, and the collection for my bills were sent to a different collection agency, and after multiple attempts I still haven't gotten any kind of proof, nor any kind of answer to my emails. I have no number for either of the supposed bills, so I can't log in, or attempt to pay, I seriously don't know what to even do.

Man, the first person I spoke with about a month ago was so helpful and wonderful. The person I just got off the phone with was rude and just seemed like I was a bother for something that was out of my control and was asking questions to understand more.

The previous comment must have too much debt lol...ive been paying off my account with keybridge for the past year with easy payments. They are very friendly every time I call. They do not put up a fuss if you miss a payment. Very easy to work with.

I gave them one star because I paid my debt as soon as I knew it was there! Never got a bill from the hospital. And they put it as a charge off which is worse on my credit report than the actual debt! It cost me the perfect house for my family and I have 2 disabled children that I desperately need a house I can meet modify for there needs! Ugh

They don't report to the credit bureau right away. When you call and check they always got an excuse about their system work.

Not a reputable agency and reps are rude. Have disputed the same charge three times, as it is paid in full - yet guess who showed up on my credit report again? Avoid them for collection purposes, use a decent recovery group.

Terrible company. They have absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Despite what they say, they won't work with you on any kind of settlements... but what's more than that, they don't even return letters, calls, or e-mails! They basically ignore you if you're asking about anything other than paying your balance IN FULL. Don't be fooled by their reps, do not admit to any debt or to ownership of any accounts.

I have never been treated with anything but the utmost respect when dealing with KeyBridge! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Like everyone else, I hate having a medical bill go to collections, but I owe it and at least they don't make you feel like less of a person for being in this situation.
