I Have made order and paid the same on 30th December But still no Response ...all my call are in vain no one to answer....I think it is a bogus company cheating...

Giving one star because there is no option of giving 0 or negative. The worst ever experience we had with this company. We placed an order (order# 1928) worth 9,120/- on 18th August 2018 (YES.. it's been 8 months!!) and we didn't receive any response from them till date. We have been calling them infinite times and explaining our case each time to a new person (I suspect this is a scam to avoid attending the case by saying a new name everytime). No one cared to resolve our issue till now. We needed the product on urgent basis and since they promised to deliver within a week, we placed the order that time. After waiting for 3 weeks, they simply responded saying they can't dispatch as they don't have stock and said they will refund our amount. There is no use of that product to us, after that time. Since then we have been chasing them till today for the refund. Everytime a new person attends the call and we tell them the whole story and then nothing happens. I lost my patience after waiting for 8 months to get my refund and writing this review finally.

The next step for me is to file a case in consumer forum which am going to do immediately.

Till now i spoke to several people named - Mitesh, Pramod, Iqbal, Nagina, Sadiq.
Some of them even said, there are multiple people with the same name and its not the same person whom i spoke to earlier.

I just noticed that, some of these people themselves given 5 star rating here for their company. And all other reviews are 1 star rating.

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. THIS IS ALL SCAM AND BOGUS COMPANY.

Have paid and ordered for a sample kit on the 1st of July and its 12th today and still haven t received it. I have emailed them and also tried calling several times to inquire and no information Is provided as to when my kit will arrive. Disappointed with Biogreen! Will Demand refund if the kit is delayed more.

Say no to plastic and start using biodegradable products..

I had called owner and as he invited I visited here. He had promised to show me the biodegradable bottle but the bottle looked like normal pet bottle and also no any response. The company doest not look genuine.
