Stove, refrigerator, hot water heater,, 3 light sockets blown etc.. they send drug addicts to your home. They don't do regular maintenance which means things are old and break all the time. Its 106 with heat index and the ac has been out for 3 days. They have the nerve to say its one maintenance person and there is a list. Ummm not my problem we always pay rent with no issue. You would think you would get a rent credit or something for inconvenience. Nope just a sorry.

who basically charges a (potential tenant) $50 to get the keys to view a property? you have to fill out the application which has increased from $35 to $50 to get the keys to even view the property..... what if the property is not what i expected in person, that means i've just rented keys for $50. this is ridiculous. now if they would charge a $5 fee for the keys that's understandable thats enough to deter people from wasting your time but $50 is unheard of they dont even do that in major cities. if covid-19 is the concern than maybe you should invest in the let yourself in program, where you don't have to have any contact with potential tenants... I'm very disappointed in key realty

Their follow though was agressive.
Absolute scum of a company. 50 dollar non refundable application fee, the ladies at the desk are clueless of the houses they rent. And expect to be discriminated if you re too young or too old.
Worst realty company EVER.. Finest Scam artist in town!!.. They tell u what u wanna hear just so you can pay them a 50$ application fee only to deny your application for the same reasons they told you that you should pass for
