While i did not end up getting services from them as i moved out of state, the team at Key Autism Services went above and beyond in helping us as we considered our options and decided what direction to take in getting therapy for our son.
very bad experience, the BT and the BCBA are horrible. Don't go with this company! I wish there could be an option of NO stars.
Friendly but dishonest employees; poor communication. Therapist was wonderful although she was micro managed every session thru video where I was informed weeks after sessions began that I (parents) are "required" to provide devices for BCBA to join thru video for hours during sessions however company refused to agreed to cover my device if damaged or broken. Poor communication within company. Was told my son was assigned a therapist 2 different times and given start dates then informed by another employees stating they are still trying to find a therapist. Finally 3rd time we finally got a therapist.
When in training you don t get paid till your done and haven t gotten paid for 3 -4 weeks now and it s at the rate of 12$ which is fine. Knowing I passed because it was open book test apparently I failed for some weird reason. This company lacks some tactics would never apply here again.
This company is horrible! The BCBA who contacted me was SO RUDE! I did the long intake interview which supposedly notes were taken and then when I was contacted by the therapist she knew absolutely NOTHING about my daughter! She said she doesn't read notes and she guesses she can read them and call me back? I then called the office to complain and ask for another therapist and they passed me off to different ppl and someone else apologized for the therapists behavior and she promised she would call me back and I have still not received a call back 3 weeks later. I guess they do not want the business, which is fine, but they have made this whole experience horrible for me. I would definitely try to go with another company!
These people are not just good at what they do, they clearly care about it as more than just a job. It seems like everyone i dealt with considers this their pet project that they love doing. I cannot say anough about how helpful they have been.
They are so good specially Erika Ardito and Justin. They work hard to help my son everyday.

I can t speak for the actual service they provide unfortunately because they don t take very many insurances. 2, that s how many insurances they accept in NH. I have a national plan, not some obscure one. It s a shame my son can not get services through them strictly because they don t accept but 2 insurance plans. Being out of network it is unaffordable for my family to use them.
Amazing company!! Love working with them as a behavior technician and hope you will enjoy their care and dedication as well!
