Major service shortfalls - emails not getting sent, other emails getting sent 8-10 times, thoroughly pissed off my customer base. Kevy promised free months and credits and these didn't materialize. Kevy ignored my cancellation email, kept billing me for several months, refused to reimburse. Worst business decision was to trust / work with Kevy.
