This is a horrible company ! They are unwilling to work with their customers, use scare tactics, and never respond back! I feel that because Keter is forced on to mall tenants they take huge advantage upon us! The person I dealt with was very unprofessional . Never got back to me . Just a horrible experience in every aspect of the word!

Really unsatisfied customer! Kater does not care as they corporate and have national accounts, they sub everything and services is bad. Every year, every quarter there is a problem or health violation. Take a look at some pictures I posted and I have more from last year. Pretty disgusting. I wish their CEO will have to open a lid of that trash bin full of maggots and then pay that very expensive bill they send us every month.

Shame that they have a unacceptable way for calculate the charge as they say the travel distance is the main consideration when you have very few trash. One true story is that my friend who own a store in a big shopping mall were forced to pay $169 each month (even though their business can't produce more trash than a three people household) because the trash bin was put right at their back door. (Probably because they are the uniquely specified trash service associated with the mall management company?)
Now, during the COV-19 pandemic, their working efficiency become quite low. My friend said they did not reply email for one month and they will charge 5 dolor for each letter they sent by mail start September 2020.
A wonderful company that cares about its clients, employees, and the planet.
Just stay away! Don't get involved. It's quite like dealing with the mafia. One of the worst...they will shake you down.
I ve been a power washing vendor for Keter (PowerTech power washing) for about two years. They are very friendly and professional could ask for a better company to serve.
