I responded to a vacancy and was then invited to come over for an interview. During the conversation a lot of attention was paid to what I know and can do, but also to what I like to do and how I work as a person. At the end of the interview, there were brief consultations with other fellow recruiters and they suggested a completely different vacancy to me, because they thought it would suit me better. Now I have been working for 11 weeks at my new employer that I was introduced to by Keser and I am really enjoying myself there. In the meantime I have been called and asked how it goes and whether the expectations outlined also corresponded in practice. All in all they have given me a very good feeling and I can only say that it is top organization. My personal thanks to Ivo too!

Like many other people became unemployed during the pandemic, after many disappointing applications where no responses were received and or a standard rejection without feedback (to at least learn something from) I got in touch with Nils van Keser, what a fresh and nice approach, as candidate you feel seen and listened to and helped (a job within 2 weeks! and was unemployed for 4 months !!!!!)
