Very helpful answer questions when needed they have more doctors I like Kern family
Not sure why they switched me from healthnet to kern family without my knowledge, all the doctors I need to see doesn t accept kern family but they accept Healthnet smh must be a scam for the county to get more money. So unfair. Hopefully I can switch back to healthnet to see better doctors and have more options. Current pain specialist nurse down played my back injury smh was asking for more help but she couldn t do anything, I agreed to referring to me somewhere elseThese people treat patients like a production line. They don t seem to take into account a patients full medical history knowing they only have last 3 months of health history. wish I was still on my moms insurance blue cross anthem. And Kern family also denied my MRI scan maybe this is the reason they can t properly diagnose my 29 year old arthritis scoliosis and back injury. I used to work in dental field and I was thrown on my back on cement ground but to them oh it s just simple posture. You ve done no real examination, nothing but assumptions and judgments

Everyone i have EVER talked to has been very helpful and kind, which is very VERY rare these days.
The customer service line workers are very friendly and so helpful. I'm never on the call for long because they are fast and efficient.
They are my primary health care providers. The last several years they gave been great. Everything has been covered and have had no issues having procedures or medications approved. They also provide a transportation service which sends Uber or RYDE to take you to your appointments or to the pharmacy.
Just grateful my daughter, with a week before she drives back to attend school in NE, was actually able to get an appointment between now and then.
Website is easy to navigate to change any info or request documents and to change pcp. Everyone is super helpful on the phone as well
