My boyfriend and I went there last night. We waited 15 mins before anyone acknowledged us. By the way the place was not overly busy. The one girl finally came over and said I don t know where your waitress is but I will take your drink order. Ok fine. Took forever for two beers to make it to the table. Then finally our waitress, Devin came to take our orders. We ordered wings and a side salad. He ordered hot and I ordered the mango habanero. The food took almost 45mins to arrive. My wings were cold and had no flavor at all. The salad was awful , wilted and tasted like the lettuce wasn t washed. We sat for a long time with empty beer glasses. Hardly saw our waitress. Hence her tip of three dollars. Very disappointed. We will never go there again. Once and done ,that was enough for us. I wish I could give it no stars.

This was a great experience the girls were on top of everything they kept our party clean and functional. I was so happy with the way it all went we will be doing it again.

We ordered WingHouse-Largo through UberEats. The presentation was poor and sloppy! Nothing was as described! I had fish tacos they had two slivers of lettuce, no cabbage as listed, and about 0.5oz of fish in each taco. My mom ordered a salad, it was lettuce with a trace of cheese- horrible, horrible- I will be spending my money elsewhere from now on!!

Great onion rings and love all their wing sauces especially the mango habanero and Korean barbecue.

Picked up catering, wings seemed like they were a week old. Nobody really wanted to eat them so half of the food for our party was gone.

Placed a Togo order and while I was waiting to pick up my Togo order a cockroach crawled across the table towards my food and after I informed my server she proceeded to smash the roach on the same table my food was on with a plastic bag. Without cleaning up the roach or taking any sanation measures she proceeded to bag up my food in a clean bag. Upon return home with my food and opening I find that my wings are not well done as I had ordered and the hot wings that I had ordered had almost no sauce. Very disappointed I spent over $60 for this kind of service.
Spoke to the manager David who handled the issue very promptly and professionally. This one visit does not define this wonderful establishment or it's staff. Mr. David assured me he spoke to the staff so it will never happen again and I was compensated for my meal. Mr. David changed my 1 star vist to a 5 star.

Just got home with carryout order. Ordered buffalo wings and shrimp both HOT. NIETHER HAS ANY HOT SAUCE ON IT! For a place that calls itself Winghouse you would think they could at least make wings how you order them! May be a fine place to eat if you are eating there and can send the screw ups back, but carry out mistakes are the SOP here! I probably wouldn't have left a bad review but this isn't the first time. Eat in or order someplace else!

I did a take out order on Sunday 14 Jan. It was ready when I got there at 12:15. Looked ok. Got to my destination and ready to eat. The wings were ok the 2 burgers terrible. Ordered medium and they both were super well done. Plus cold. It was like they used the left over burgers from the day before. What can you do? At a function so can't get up to drive back to complain and I either eat or go hungry. They did give me extra pickles though. Sorry don't know if I'll trust them again.

Today the kitchen was chaos. Took exactly 67 minutes to get our order.
Taste was not the best. The boneless chicken was a bit dry. The rub was flacorless,but the buffalo sauce was good. Server was very friendly. No complaints there.

Food was good but had to wait for service. Didn't care the waitresses outfits

The waitresses were very aggressive and were rushing us, trying to take our plates however we were not done eating. Wings ended up giving my partner food poisioning. 2 stars because we were able to watch a pay per view sporting event

Got a half hour for lunch they screwed up my order what can I say get your s*** together you might get five

Beer taps are dirty, service was good. Friendly atmosphere, food was decent... not too bad for a franchise

Your Winter Park location is horrible. Been going there for almost the last year because I live close and I can watch the fights. The fights are the only thing you have going for you at that location. The service is ALWAYS subpar. The managers are horrible and lack courtesy and people skills particularly Carlos Eslava. If you value your customers this wouldn't be an issue. I see you don't. Your loss Wingcouch!!!

The wings are fine. No real deals on drinks. I've just always thought this place is too expensive and just ok.

I enjoy this place. Good food, nice people, and they open early for us that are up too early and wanting a quiet place to sit and enjoy a meal or coffee.

Went here on Thursday night football, TB and the Bears, got 20 wings, they came out cold, wings were good size, got there hot sauce, wasn't very hot very mild with a hint of vinegar, so for me was just ok,

Made the mistake going to this location during one of their monthly events and their service sucked. sat there after i ordered and waited for over 45 mins, finally had to ask about the status of my order and it wasnt even put in!! I wont be coming back to this one.

They are stepping up on food quality. They give fries with meals now. It is still a bit pricey. Check out this large sandwhich.

This place was a mess. The food was cold and the service was really bad.. Never ever again. Stay away for this place.

I think our waitress was stoned, that's all I can say. But we are not going back.

The service was phenomenal. My Dad had the All American Burger and i had the grouper sandwich. Both were excellent. We will be back to visit again.

The building is rather old, but don't let that side track from how good the food is! Not to mention how awesome our waitress was! Anytime we go to the beach we always eat dinner here!

Awesome service and fabulous wings! Ask for the poppers too! They're not on the menu but they'll name them if asked. OMG, best EVER I have had! Great experience there! Mmmmm!

Food has gone downhill dramatically. Boneless wings were undercooked. Waitress was very nice and understanding.

My wife and I went there for dinner and had an excellent timeour server Taylor and a manager Kelly are excellent employee's

Service and food was great, we had my son there for his birthday and the girls there( the servers) were great sports to take pictures with him and even sang happy birthday they were amazing! Me and my wife will be back there soon

The grilled chicken was very good as was their next to hotest sauce.

Sara should be used as an example to train all the personnel that work behind the bar. She is friendly and personable and still operates like an efficient machine. I've walked out of other Winghouses and drove to Largo because of her.

I had their fusion flavor- hot asian in my boneless wings.... This is hot sauce and Asian sauce dumped on wings. The flavor combination wasn't my favorite, but the wings were cooked well and the fries were great...

Unfortunately my celery way not the best cuts, I got a lot of the very tops with the knot in it, and the white bottoms..

Because it was a muggy day the air conditioner was also leaking... Right into our table where our food and drinks were sitting. I only hoped they saw our several soaked napkins on the table.. If the table had been moved over just slightly it would not have been a problem.

All in all I would recommend this resturaunt, the wait staff was wonderful, and overall the food was good.

A favorite of ours in Florida! Lots of good quality wings and the sauces are awesome! Not really a kid place, but the wings are worth it

I dont care for the new winghouse brand wing sauce. Frank's was much better

Service and food is average. Been here a few times and I'd say the wings are average at best. Slightly dry, texture ok. If you like hot then this isn't your place. All sauces are mild except for the hottest sauce which then jumps to probably overly hot for most (But still bearable if you like hot).

Food is always spectacular, my waitress Sarah Lynn was a sweetheart and her service was fast and excellent. 11/10 would reccomend her service and the establishment as a whole

This place has gotten pretty expensive. Wings, fries, and an iced tea for $25.

Manager on duty helped bring a broom and dustpan for the server to clean up a dropped tray. It was there a while as the server was busy with customers. A fellow patron took care of the mess. There's an old expression I learned when I was in management, "You succeed when you help others succeed!" The manager failed in that one instance, but seemed to be expediting food well.

Also, noticed a back of house employee asking a server to take an emptied garbage can back to its place on the other side of the bar. Have him walk it over, not the server that handles my food.

Good Service but the ribs were bad and gave me diareah. :!

For the past 4 years I have ordered wings for our annual party with friends and every year when we arrive to pick up 100 wings they never have the order ready and state they did not receive the order. I always call to check ahead of time to make sure they have the order and get the wait staff's name. Maybe the manager doesn't know how these girls may be losing business because they certainly lost mine.

Staff very nice and helpful,placed order for tomorrow, hope they are good.

Ordered wings to go from the bar. Had a great cold beer and friendly bar tender. Ordered 20 buffalo wings at medium spice. Got home and the wings were very raw looking and greasy without much buffalo sauce. Very bland and tasteless. Probably the worst wings I ve ever had and will never go back there again for wings Yuck !

Good service, Lively atmospher, a great place to watch sports.
