Abby Thonen is an amazing realtor. She genuinely cares and wants to help you find your dream home. She isn't one of those realtor that sets out to try to make a quick buck. She was really great at scheduling to see houses the day they went on the market and was always able to do so on my schedule. I recommend her to anyone looking for a great, and honest realtor! Everything was kind of "too good to be true", but with nothing bad attached. They kept me sane when I got stressed, they were available at any time of day (with respect to them having kids and a life outside of work, I didn't contact them at unreasonable hours), they were more like friends than hired realtors (no really, they were), they answered all of my "dumb" questions, they kept it real with me, no bs, they actually cared, which is incredibly rare in this day and age, they helped us find all the people we needed for inspections and repairs, I could go on for days. I will only work with them for as long as I am in Louisville and I would recommend them without second guessing it at all. HIRE THEM, I am saving you like 100 steps in your home buying/selling process. You are welcome.

Brooke Feather! She's literally the real estate agent for our ENTIRE FAMILY now. Great communication - we moved a few days ago and she's still been available to help us and she's gone above and beyond our expectations. She was always happy to show us a potential house and she was so excited and happy when we found the one!
