This place is huge. I was there for a volleyball tournament 09-11Mar18. There were close to 120 courts. There were many food venders. The major plus was the play area for kids.. Awesome idea. The downside of the event was parking. Getting to a parking area was terrible. Even though there were police and parking attendants, there wasn't very much direction for proper parking and people were parking any way they could. Crossing the street was dangerous, as well.

I have wanted to attend one of these events, for a long time. The information where the event wasn't posted well I had to drive and drive around the expo center, and finally found it.
I didn't find that that it was very female friendly. I am a hunter, and a female ....but the people in the exhibit areas just smiled and didn't speak, except three. I didn't expect that, a hunter is a hunter....you lost business today!!

We attended a basketball tournament here. This place is huge, so be ready to do a lot of walking to get where you need to go when you visit the Expo Center. Also, be prepared to spend a lot of money if you plan to buy from the vendors inside. The cheapest bottle of water was $4 at the vendors. So you can imagine how much a pretzel or hot dog costs. Plan to eat elsewhere, if possible. They did allow coolers in the venue, but I'm not sure if they do for all of their events or if they just allowed it because we had kids playing ball and needed to stay hydrated. Also, parking is ridiculously overpriced. My recommendation is to find a hotel close by to stay at that has a shuttle bus that goes back and forth for free. Overall, venue is clean and serves it's purpose, but way over priced to do anything here. Make sure you have a lot of money if you plan to spend hours at this Expo Center.

Take out a loan for parking other than that the fairgrounds is constantly updating renovating and staying "fresh". Generally clean and easy in/out. Enter off Preston hwy for the large events and you will get in faster.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the National Farm Machinary Show. This has been the 19th year we have attended and have never been disappointed. They make it enjoyable for men and women both by the huge variety of vendors (not just farm equipment). We have taken our grandson for the last 10 years (beginning at age 3 months) and he tells everyone that the Farm Show is better than Christmas!

There for 9 nights in their "campground" with about 200 other rvers. Solid almost flat concrete. There for Kentucky Derby. Full hookups via Y water source. Great security. Did not use washroom or any other service. Good shuttle to Derby.

Parking was convenient to the main gate. There is a good array of rides and the atmosphere is family friendly. The price is a bit high to not include a better price of soft drinks. We brought back our Kentucky Kingdom reuseable cups today to only be told that only cups sold this year could be used to get the drink discount. Seems to me that a nice $10 dollar cup that still looks new would be honored just as it was last year. This is a new rule that I dont agree with. Probably 5% of people actually go to the trouble of saving their cup from year to year. This years cup is even a little smaller than in previous years. I think Holiday World and Kings Island arent quite as skimpy!

I drove down to Louisville from northwest Ohio for an AAU tourney. Let me first say this place is huge!! The AAU tournament was set up well and courts were numbered so that we could all see where we needed to be. The entry fee for the weekend was $35 which is pretty typical. The parking was absurd. To park you had to pay $10. But if you had games throughout the day and wanted to leave and come back you had to pay an additional $5 or pay another $10 when you came back. For an AAU tournament, when parents are paying a huge chunk of change to have their child play and then paying an entry fee to get in and watch your child pay, parking should be included. Parking passes were administered to coaches so it would not be hard to give them to parents. I would not have been upset to pay $10 or even $15 for a weekend pass to park. However, to pay $10 each time over a four day period is a bit much.

Issues with the systems at the entrance/parking gate severely delayed getting into the facility. Person in the booth had no support, was not equipped to handle the crisis and was in panic mode.
