Really enjoyed the tour around the Kent's caves even if it is a little short. The guide was brilliant, showing his passion for something he loves. The visuals are stunning too, amazing place this Earth of ours.
Great place to go, especially if they have a theatrical show there
A brilliant plce to visit, enjoy a great tour of our heritage, then a wonderful meal in the cafe

Lovely place to visit and the staff. Joel was very informative
James was an awesome tour guide, kept the jokes up and shared some interesting facts about the caves.
Very interesting. The tour guy was brilliant well worth a visit and wonderfull Cake and coffee. Seats very comfortable wife fell asleep
Definitely worth a visit! I recommend! One hour with a guide, interpretation, spectacle and experience of absolute darkness!
The caves are amazing to see and quite large, the tour guides are well informed and humourous. The cafe is relatively new and serves decent drinks, snacks and cakes. The whole site and staff are very well setup covid 19 wise. Would thoroughly recommend.
Fascinating amazing place, great informative and fun tours
Great experience. Fun tours for all ages. Had the best time
Fun and interesting your of the caves, kids also enjoyed the woodland quiz.
Very enjoyable excursion. Not quite enough there to fill a while day, but a great morning or afternoon activity. The caves themselves are very interesting, and our tour guide, Matthew, was entertaining, informative, and humorous in equal measure. Highly recommended!
Absolutely brilliant tour and very interesting, well worth a visit
Excellent place for adults and children alike. Guide was very pleasant and helpful with excellent knowledge and people skills. Definatley worth a visit.
Great experience.. but to expensive when you have children!
Maybe a little cheesy, but never would have expected these caves in the neighborhood they are. I found the cafe food to be very good the staff very friendly.
Fantastic hour long guided tour with a knowledgeable guide, thoroughly recommend!
Prebook! We arrived and there wasn't any space left but it was worth coming back.
Joel our guide was very knowledgable
Excellent family friendy historic location. Entertaining, knowledgeable guides and a nice cafe. Good woodland walk to extend the visit and help educate the younger visitors. Well worth a visit.
Big look into our ancestors
Can be difficult for Access for elderly people
The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. We attended both the normal cave tour and the Ghost Walk. The Ghost Walk is enthusiastically presented whilst their Cream Tea is one of the most awesome tasting ever. I would easily recommend this place to anyone.
We had a fantastic time at the caves. Alan the tour guide was a star, he made our son "tour guide" for a while which lit our son up with excitement. The admission was ok & there was a good range of hot/cold food that wasn't overly priced. The woodlands trail was ok but didn't last long. Parking was limited but you can park nearby on the road for free. Overall it was well worth it & we would definitely recommend
Great family experience. I have been visiting this attraction for over 20 years. They always gave updated information and finds a great interactive experience. Cafe is reasonable and very comfortable. The wildlife walk needs a bit of work but has potential. Will continue to go in the future.
Very interesting tour... Guide was very informative
The guide was great explained everything really well.
Very good ! everyone had a good giggle with tour guide .
Absolutely fantastic, a trip back though time, one of the most important and stunning cave systems in Europe, a must see for anyone in the region.
Beautiful caves. Easy to access.Surprised that this cave was used by humans and bears 10000 years ago. Staff is very friendly.
The guided tour was great and the tour guide was highly amusing.
Excellent day out with friendly staff. Superb new restaurant, fresh design and layout.
Went for the ghost trip. Cost 10 quid. Actors was excellent. Needs to be a tad more scary
Great time here dave the tour guide was so knowledgeable and made the experience amazing
Entertaining staff and tour guides. Interesting tour and quite humbling knowing how old the rocks and limestone are above you as you walk.
Easy to park , quite reasonable entrance fee, found the tour quite boring but caves were good to see and a welcome relief from the heat
Brilliant visit . Excellent tour guide Dave. Full of information and facts well worth a visit.
Lovely experience plus you must try Devonian cream tea which was awesome .:)
Nice walk around the caves, great info on hand and great tour guides. Well worth a visit
A great place full of surprises after 32 years in the bay I had never been and I was wonderfully surprised, and the new restaurant is lovely.
Fantastic trip. The experience is so interesting you don't realise how much time you have been in the cave. Alfie was an awesome guide.
Brilliant morning out...very interesting with Simon the guide doing a great job...5*
Great place to go if wet or too hot as the caves are 14oC all year round. Tom, our tour guide, was great...extremely informative with a comedy edge, while ensuring we all followed social distancing guidelines. We found it all really interesting and enjoyed a lovely cream tea afterwards in the cafe, with a beautiful view. There's a short woodland trail too. A nice afternoon out...don't forget to book in advance!
I loved my visit to the Kents Cavern! Our guide was wonderful, it was fascinating. Loved it, for adults and children.
Really good tour of very interesting caves great value restaurant good car park nice garden/short woodland trail enjoyable for all ages
Our guide was very informative with a sense of humour. It was easy to book a time slot for a tour and we were made to feel welcome on our arrival
This cave and the man of it were a clever if you like sticky ups dangley bits and wet at a constant fourteen degrees you should tell the cave or ask the man to translate for you if you do not speak cave
David was factual and funny. We really enjoyed the tour and it is well worth the money.
Excellent place to visit. Really wasn't expecting much on first arriving but cou6have been more wrong, excellent guide and a very interesting and memorable experience.
This place was amazing so much interesting facts and also the souvenir shop was relatively good priced
Wonderful experience with a knowledgeable wonderful tour guide. Will really visit again to take in more info! My grandson (was 6) loved it!
We did the Kents Cavern tour with two little ones! It was very educational and the tour guide was really friendly with a great sense of humour!
Interesting place and definitely worth visiting. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Could not get into the main cave with wheelchair but still interesting
Great caves. All the classics - stalactites, stalagmites, a rock that looks like the face of Mick Jagget (if you shut your eyes when you look at it, and think of Mick Jagger) etc. Knowledgeable staff. Constant temperature. What more would you want from a cave !?
You must go into these caves. They are good. You must then come back out or you will die. It is dark, except when the lights are on. The lights are always on. Apart from when they turn them off momentarily. Alan was a good tour guide, despite the cold. THIS IS NOT A MUSEUM. They made that very clear!
Great day out, would definitely recommend! Amber, our guide was exceptional, really informative and funny
Love love love .3rd vist .we ha e done the chest tour at night .day tour with lunch and a general tour. Fantastic history .kids will love it and adults to.good for buggy and wheel chairs
It is interesting to feel the primitive man and see where they lived. A unique feeling

Good value for money. Entertaining guide, interesting .

Really interesting, friendly staff and tour guide was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions
A fun little trip down some very interesting caves. The guide shared some interesting information, well worth a trip if you happen to be in the area.
Fantastic tour guide, very informative. Definetly visit if you're a rock lover.
Great value and the young lady who gave our talk was really knowledgeable and good. Made it a fantastic experience but the timescales, well just wow. I can't comprehend how long it took to form the caves.
Really enjoyed the caverns, the tour guide was very informative and the caverns were great to walk around the tour lasted an hour. They have a nice area to eat and drink in coffee and cake was good. Toilets could be cleaner.
