Great selection of high end tile unfortunately were unable to give me a price per square foot installation quote "depends on too many factors" well I feel like if I gave you the square footage, tile pattern and some details about the room such as doorways and cabinets to go around you should.be able to give me at LEAST a ballpark figure, I calculated all the material costs and square footage, the dimensions of the tile and the pattern and my only option was to have someone come out and give me an estimate. Just wanted a ballpark figure because google said between $15-$85 which is pretty vast.

Excellent experience working with them. Product knowledge and craftsmanship were very impressive.

Used wrong grout. Now we have a film on the floor that we're trying to get removed. Ignored phone messages to call us. late or no show for appointments. Too many problems. Use someone else.

We got tile for our bathroom and we just love it!! It is so durable and it all came together beautifully!! The service was great and we will for sure shop there again!!

Designer helped my customer with floor, shower and backsplash. Turned out beautiful and the install was perfect. Nice clean up at the end of project. Call and Ask for Zeb!

My bath remodel is finished and I'm very pleased with all the products I selected at Kenny's...tile flooring, shower flooring and walls and quartzite counters. I was lucky enough to fall in love with a couple of tiles that were being discontinued so also received even better pricing than usual! Helpful staff. Thank you Tara!

Horrible company to deal with... Sets appointments you take the time of then they don't show up...

We have used Kenny's Tile numerous times in the updating of our home. We started using them for our countertops throughout our house(kitchen/master bath). We were so pleased with their service that we decided to use them to refinish our wood floors. Both projects were a huge success. They were timely and efficient and the cost was superb compared to the other bids we had. Most recently we used Kenny's for carpet in our entire home. This was a huge undertaking in a 2 story home and they did an outstanding job. I would recommend them to any one of my friends or family for new construction or updating.

Great experience with Tiffany at Kenny s Tile. We had our own contractor and used her for design assistance (paint, tile & carpet)! We loved how our project came together and it was so easy using their showroom all the tile and carpet we chose was in stock, so we could pick it up the next day. A huge convenience!

Excellent Work! We used Kenny's tile for our total home project four years ago and the work was excellent and looks great to this day. We used them for bathroom sinks, tile for five zero entry showers including tile floors , counter tops for baths and kitchen and over 4000 square feet of beautiful Hickory flooring. Each crew was very skilled at their job and did excellent work. After a dishwasher leak they came and replaced hardwood flooring and did a great job. At one point we needed a shower floor sloped a little more and they came out and fixed it and it looks great. They have a great showroom with a huge selection of price points. Crews are very professional. Work is guaranteed. One of the best choices we made when building our home!

Kenny's Tile just finished their second job for my wife and me. The first was a complete update/redo of all the tile in our master bath. The second was addition of hard woods in our living room (replaced carpet), refinishing of all existing hardwoods and a change of stain throughout. Both jobs were completed by very professional and friendly craftsmen who made their presence in our home the least invasive as possible. We could not be more pleased with both jobs and would recommend Kenny's to all of our friends.

Horrible experience with new home construction process. Gaps, uneven surfaces and mediocre processes for trying to fix the problems. Needless to say, problems not fixed. Use another service professional. DO NOT HIRE!

We had a custom home built, and Kenny's did all of our tile, hardwood floors and granite counter tops. There were several different employees who would be involved in selection and installation. We were always impressed not only with the quality of work done, but also by the on-time delivery and installation. When you build a house, you become aware of those sub-contractors who show up when they say they will, and those that don't. Kenny's was always punctual and efficient.You also know and appreciate those sub-contractors who follow-up with your call-backs and questions. I also want to point out that we were always impressed with the friendliness and sincerity of all of the employees. We highly recommend Kenny's! Thank you Dustin. Ray and Kim

The website says send an email and someone will contact you in 48 hours. No contact was made. Once I followed up on my own email, an appointment was made and time was given to expect consultant. A few weeks later, the day arrives, the time of appointment arrives and passes. No call. No show. This is the 2nd time a scheduling issue has occurred with this "business". There will not be a 3rd. Special thanks to Tianna, hope I spelled that right, the only sure thing this place has going for it as that she answers the phone and is respectful. I'm sure there is a lot of naysayers that, contrary to this post, have had a pleasant experience with this company. What's the secret to getting them to come to your home? Is it smoke signals? Or perhaps I need a gigantic lamp like batman had in order to signal where my house is.

I used Kenny's for tile work in my kitchen and bathroom/shower. I worked with Jeff, who is very easy to work with. He always got back to me right away. The tile job both kitchen and bathroom was terrific! The workmanship superb, and the guys were prompt ,professional , and neat.
The people in the show room always friendly and helpful.
If I have any more jobs, i'll call Jeff!

The entire process was very smooth. From picking out the granite to scheduling measurements and install dates. Guys showed up on time for measurements and install. Install of counter tops was perfect. Guys showed on time, were very professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend for business. Very happy with the service received.

My husband and I went to the showroom a few Saturday's ago to look at tile and your selection. As we were looking around your sales associate Sara was extremely helpful and very professional answering our questions and explaining the different tiles and which would work best for our bathrooms we are getting ideas for remodeling.

Website says they are open, we got there, no go. I know with the situation, things are weird, but how about a note on the door or a quick change to the website? I think it's crazy how all these places are closed Sundays and most close early on Saturdays, so we were looking forward to checking out Kenny's on a Saturday.

I recently worked with Sean Seibert to purchase new kitchen backsplash tile. Sean and his staff were extremely helpful, and Carlos did an excellent job of installing the tile. The finished product looks wonderful. I highly recommend Kenny's Tile for your home projects.

I just had three bathrooms completely torn out an re-tiled by Kenny's. That included two showers, a bathtub and floors throughout. Zeb Sibert and his team did a wonderful job. The tile is beautifully laid and the team worked hard every day to complete an excellent job. Zeb did a great job of answering all my questions and even responded on off hours. The bonus about using Kenny's is that from the tile installers, to the carpet layers, to the finishing carpenters, they have a great team to call on to complete every little detail. I plan to use them when I am ready to redo my kitchen. Thank you to everyone at Kenny's for my beautiful bathrooms.

They have a lot of different tiles here. And by alot I mean a ton of tile examples. Slabs of granite and tile, tile, tile.

Great staff, super helpful when trying to choose between products. Great showroom with lots of items on display so it was easier to compare one product to another and visualize what it would look like in your home.

I called and set up an appointment we waited about a week. I took off work to be at the appointment but they never showed up. I called to find out where they were at and why they missed our appointment and they had no idea what I was talking about. When the lady called back she said oh your appointment is next week. I don t have time for companies that set appointments and don t show up. Then want to act like I made a mistake on the dates.

Literally the best quality in Kansas City in both product selection and customer service! If you want your home built or remodeled the right way, Kenny's is the way to go. Our floors look amazing and I use the steam shower everyday. We worked with Dustin Siebert and he was extremely knowledgeable regarding every single product including installation and maintenance.

We had our hardwood floors and bathroom redone by Kenny's. I was so impressed with the job they did! Our floors are even more beautiful than we imagined. We worked with Mark Perschau. He was was professional and responsive. The entire crew was friendly and on time each day for the project. They kept everything as clean. Would highly recommend!

Highly incompetent and unprofessional business. They do not have a clue what they are doing. Kept me in waiting for two months before they realized they are unable to perform the job. We had also selected tiles driving across Kansas City Metro and they pulled the rug under us. Save your time and money go elsewhere.

We have used Kenny s for several projects since we moved to Parkville. During these tough times they came through for us again. Great company!

I have friends that are general contractors who build homes in Kansas City, so I asked them where to go for tile work. They all agreed that Kenny's Tile was the best in Kansas City for tile, floors, etc.

So, we had Kenny's Tile remodel our master and guest bathrooms and they tore out and replaced our dated kitchen backsplash. We could not be more pleased with their work. We went with a marble floor, beveled porcelain for the showers, and a wood-grain tile for the wainscoting. The kitchen is textured porcelain with glass inlays.

Kenny's professional designers helped us select our materials and our foreman was Mark Perschau who made sure that all of the materials were right, he supervised the installers, and he worked with our plumber. The installers who were in our house for several days were very courteous, always on time, and incredibly talented. How they get everything so perfectly uniform is a miracle.

We found nothing but Italian, Spanish, and USA materials when snooping through the boxes of tile, grout, etc that the installers were using. No cheap stuff from China which you find at other places.

Our first thought was that Kenny's might be too high-end for us as their gallery of work is impressive. However, we found that their pricing was spot-on to the market while their work was definitely way above market. Our only remaining problem with Kenny's is finding more projects in our house where we can use them. I'm sure we will find something to get Kenny's back into our home.

Absolutely the best employer I have ever had in my 30 yrs. Over 60 yrs in business and the family owned company still treats every employee like family. (Down to the new-hires). The demand for excellence is one of the most gratifying aspects of my job.

Kenny s installed carpet in our house and our experience was wonderful. They were helpful every step of the way and we love the finished product.

I have never, in all of my life, experienced worse customer service or craftsmanship. These people are incompetent and cannot be counted on. They show up late if at all. There are far too many reputable companies out there, do yourself a favor and avoid this company!

Kenny's installed new hardwood hickory floors in my home. Start to finish Kenny's does great work - the estimator was knowledgable, friendly, and efficient; the guys performing the work in my home were on time, reliable, and great on craftsmanship; the work schedule was agreed upon and delivering right on time. Great experience with the crew at Kenny's! We used them to refinish our hardwood floors. They took the time to layout multiple color choices and even customized to what we liked. Jesse and Luis spent the time to explain the process, very efficient with minimal downtime and were a very friendly group! We will use Kenny's again in the future.

Had Kenny's do my wood floors, backsplash and granite. They refinished my old wood flooring and installed new elsewhere. Fantastic job on all the products. Jeff S handled my job, and was very easy to work with. No complaints at all.

Someone came out to give us a quote for to replace carpet in our living room and dining room and refinish our current hardwoods in kitchen and entry to match. The person who came out wasn t the friendliest or most helpful but I could look past that for the right price. Never got our quote, I called the office twice and left a message for the quote and no one ever called. Such a waste of my time especially during a time I m trying to minimize my interactions with strangers. Good hardwood/flooring/tile companies are a dime a dozen, I would skip this place and go with a smaller more personalized business, bigger isn t always better.

I had Kennys resand my hardwood floors in my home in brookside, I was really impressed with their dustless sanding system. I still had a little cleanup afterwards but it was very minimal. The color of the floors turned out perfect. Thanks again Kennys!!

I have had great service from Kenny's Tile. They have a great tile selection for DIY projects I have done. They also have great installers (Steve Vasquez) in particular who I used for a detailed backsplash. He worked efficiently and brought unnoticed ides to my attention. Highly Recommended.

Kenny's Tile modified our kitchen island and replaced our dated countertops along with awesome new quartz countertops. We also had a backsplash added to a bar area in our basement. Mark kept us in the loop at all times and the crews were fantastic to work with. This has been one of the best experiences I have had with any contract company. Thank you so much!!!

Couldn't even get someone from their company to hold an appointment for a bid.

We are replacing the hardwood floor on our entire main level with wood-looking tile. We received bids from several contractors and flooring companies. While Kenny's was not the cheapest (nor the most expensive), we chose to go with Kenny's because of their reputation and professionalism. Mark, our project coordinator, is knowledgeable, professional and even answers my phone calls on a weekend! Our installers, Steve and Ken, are reliable and professional. Living thru this demolition and install is not easy, but these guys are clean and even ahead of schedule! The project is almost done, and so far the end result is even better than I was hoping!

Kenny's Tile installed a granite top in my basement. The job was completed in a timely manner and the staff was very pleasant. Will be back for more business!

We had a bathroom remodel completed and the project was a great success! Our representative, Mark Perchau, was very knowledgeable and helped us to really understand our product selections and how they would be installed and then how we would use/care for it. He was very responsive and fair to all of our changes and needs. Definitely will call Mark again to have Kenny's support us on future flooring projects.

I needed marble tile I could pick up same day in a hurry, and Kenny s saved the day. They had exactly what I needed and Destiny was super helpful, texted me photos and provided information immediately. The tile is perfect for my situation and was 1:3 what I was going to have to pay at another place.

Very poor customer service---payment check set in office for 3 weeks --- upon insisting I pay the balance they never returned my call ----trade employees were good at their work but would never recommend due to inability to respond to customer inquiries......family owned business???

One of the most unprofessional companies i have ever dealt with. They don't show even close to their schedule. They take forever to get projects done. They do very cheap work. They try to get by with doing as little as possible on every bit project they did for us. I hate people who can't be satisfied and leave bad reviews when anything goes bad. I am not that person. Kenny's tile is legitimately that bad. PLEASE DO NO USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Kennys tile performed a complete remodel of our kitchen floors. At the last moment we decided we wanted the floors heated and they accommodated no problem. The demo was seamless and Justin our installer was great....thanks to mark/project manager for leading the charge
