I stayed at one of the apartments they manage for a little over a year. If it weren t for getting married and moving in with my family, I would have wanted to stay longer.

Rented a property managed by Kenny Realty for about 2 years. They are pretty on top of things. I'm giving it a 1 star simply because as we were signing our lease the manager (some disgusting ignorant white ass lady that works on the 2nd floor. I think she was the manager) comes downstairs and starts explaining some of the lease, then looks at my sister and I and asks us in a very slow manner, "Do you guys speak english?". As if we were retarded. She's VERY lucky I contained myself and didn't cuss her ass out right then and there or become as ignorant as her and tell her some racist things! Everyone else is very friendly and nice. Except that racist white b*t*%!!!

I rented an apartment through Kenny Realty for two years and had a wonderful experience. Their prices were fair and the service was exceptional.
Not a good realtor. The apt. we rented has a lot of things needs fixing not ready for moving in, yet they push you and say it is all ready they want you to pay asap. There was no lights from kitchen, dining and hall way. Everyrywhere was dirty even with webs. And once you move in they say just record all the problems they will fix it. They fixed few of them but 4 months later a lot still needs to be done. I will never take any property from this one.
Caryn and Mike and their staff are fantastic. They have been managing our families rental properties for years. They are professional, friendly and very accomodating. All the subcontractors they use to deal with repairs and improvements have done a good job. I am big on communication and they make a point of keeping me posted which I appreciate.
