I have a chance to visit at Woodbridge woodstream location very nice and excellent experience over there specially about sadiq who give me time briefed me open heartedly .I also saw owner of the company I feel he is very gentleman good personality I wish I visit them again and sit with owner .overall all staff is very nice behave like family member.thanks kendrew distribution service. My Company (Nanotek Consulting Corp) has been doing business with Kendrew Distribution for well over a decade now. Everyone from top ownership to warehouse staff are dedicated, caring and professional people. Late Mr. Gano was a great manager as well. I recommend this company to everyone looking for cost effective logistics and distribution services.

What a joke of a business. Their drivers are a clear representation of this company. Dishonest and irresponsible. It is because of half assed companies like this the paper industry is being driven into the ground. I have voiced and launched numerous complaints as the company and the driver persistently attempt to overcharge my retail for papers that were never delivered. The driver who delivers the star to my retail is always trying to blackmail me or my staff into creating shady under the counter deals of papers in exchange for store goods. If in the case I am not available the gentleman delivering will attempt to convince my staff that I have personally agreed to some shady deal. I have voiced this issue to the company but sadly to my dismay this has yielded no results. Everytime I contact the Kendrew administration they dismiss me and give me one of the following, "I'm sorry that's not possible, our drivers are not authorized to exchange papers for other goods, YOU must be mistaken", "We cannot refund you the money for the missing papers as it is the actual paper company that deals with the financial reimbursement of missing products." And lastly my favourite "If you are missing any product please contact the driver." (driver)"Its not my fault or problem I only deliver what the company tells me to, call them". My store has been doing business with Kendrew for over 10years and will most likely conclude business with them as a result of not just one case but because of the consistent lack of ownership to mediate the shortages. Understand that if you are reading this and currently have business this may not be the case for you. But the Apple does not fall too far from the tree.
Kendrew's order fulfillment services has enabled me to focus more on marketing and selling for my online business. I've found their services to be professional and reliable.

i worked for this company for 12 days in December 2018 in Guelph .
and they told me i worked only 4 days and haven't got paid yet not even for the 4 days.
The guy who gave me this job is Mr. SADIK and told me will pay $150 per day and i have to work for Canada post parcel deliveries i have every whatsapp chat which proves the above incidents true. will suggest everybody who is willing to work or is working for this company to please at least read this review and then decide to continue.
Original owner of this company who started this all is a very nice and genuine person. Neil Perry Gano and Nina are nice people and easy to deal with. Ibrahim is also a very nice genuine person but they moved him somewhere else and brought this other kiss ass in human resourses. He is the biggest problem in this company.
Can t get a hold of anyone at this company so might as well write it here. Last night driving on Highway 6 in Guelph at 11pm I had a Kendrew van highbeaming me/ tailgating me going Southbound. Apparently 100 KM/H is too slow when the speed limit is 80. When I moved over to the right lane, they began to follow me and lane change the same time I would. At this point they are in front blocking me from trying to get away from them. They are laughing and flipping me off cause I guess I was going too slow? No idea how it started to be honest. Guys are completely nuts.
Well it came to a point when they had to make a right onto a side road so they whipped a full Tim Hortons cup of coffee on the side of my car as I drove by. Pretty nuts road rage, the fact that these two guys driving this van are employeed by anyone blows me away. Throw a cup of coffee on someone s car with a company van? Sounds like a promotion is in their near future.

This is the worst company ever experienced .....
They big time missed the mark, specifically with their newspaper carriers,,,, Simply not paying ..... I use to make $800 dollar every two weeks,, ,,sense this company took over they reduced my pay, for 460,,,
I'm no longer working, there, after 25 years as a carrier ......
