Extremely unprofessional , lazy , unorganized, RUDE , do not know how to talk to customer, swear at customer abuse customers , never answer calls , not welcome walk-in. Good luck if u want cheap accountant and worry more about ur work to b done on TIME and LATER ON NEED TO B CORRECT not held accountable for any thing he do

Extremely RUDE. When we went to sign our taxes he didn't go over anything with us. We had questions bc he said we owed. He acted like it was a problem and brushed us off. He said he was booked until April and said we would need to get an extension and would call us after April. I went in a couple weeks later to pick up the taxes to get a second opinion. He had the person at the front desk give them to me and said not to come back. We did take them elsewhere and we don't owe anything and are getting a refund. Ken Horn was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and not to mention didn't do our taxes correctly. Negative stars. It was a BLESSING that he told us not to come back. I just want to warn others about our experience.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Every second there from start to finish was great. They are very personable, funny, informative & professional! I will definitely be going back next year!!! A++ for being big Buffalo Sports fans! Thank you for your time & patience, Horn family!!!

Does not know how to do taxes correctly and makes multiple mistakes and is EXTREMELY RUDE and Ignorant. When you call back to ask him what the problem is he Does not answer or claims to be to busy to help you even after you have paid him. Do yourself and your family a favor and go somewhere else.

Very unprofessional and sketchy. Doesn t go over my information before telling me to sign. Seem very annoyed when I asked questions regarding my tax.

Ken Horn & Associates very sketchy business practices! If you use Ken Horn & Associates, you better hope you don't get audited by the IRS. I would give this company a negative 5 stars if possible.
