One of the worst mechanics I've ever been to. The first time I went there, Ken himself was swearing like a sailor in front of customers, the second and last time I went there was today; I went with my mom and we were spoken to in a very aggressive and arrogant manner by Ken & his assistant. Specifically, I was told I made no sense in a very rude manner in front of other customers. The secretary later apologized for this behavior but this is not the way you treat customers servicing their car at your shop! Don't go there!!
Love Ken and everyone there! I never worry when I leave my car with them, I always get an explanation of what's happened and options on how to fix it, oil changes go above and beyond every time, and everyone is happy to chat and get to know you. A real family business that I'm happy to have been going to for over 15 years.

A very heartfelt thank you to Ken and his team. Our van had issues with the rear brakes while my wife was visiting a friend in Streetsville. At close to 3 in the afternoon Ken got the vehicle on a hoist and looked after well enough for it to be safe to drive home to Waterloo. This was service above and beyond, especially considering he knows we live outside his area.

Excellent service! I had my A/C serviced there today. The shop is well equipped. They used a high-tech machine to service my A/C. Staff are very professional and experienced. Highly recommended!
I've been going to Ken's for just over a year, so far for basic things like seasonal tire changes and oil changes. The service has always been quick and reasonably priced. Ken also helped me out once when I locked my keys in the car at the Service Ontario kiosk just down the road.

We needed a second opinion on a mechanical issue with our Honda Mini Van. When we arrived at Ken Champ Auto in Streetsville, we received immediate service by a friendly mechanic. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in less than 30 minutes for around $75 parts and labour. The Meadowvale Honda dealership quoted over $2000 for the repairs that they said were needed after charging us $115 to diagnose the same problem! For honest advice and quality workmanship at a competitive rate, Ken Champ Auto in Streetsville is the place top go!

I wanted to give this place a shot because it was near my house and the reviews were good. I recently bought a car and the previous owner was in a small fender bender, the clips on the right side of my bumper were broken and the bracket holding the fog light was also broken. I showed the damage to Ken and he claimed that the car would need a new fog light (even though the one i had was working fine), he also suggested that I would need to get the fog light and bracket from a junk yard and the repair it self would be over $150 dollars. If i instead had him order the parts, the repairs would cost even more.I thought all of this was excessive and ended up repairing the fog lamp and bumper myself with $12 worth of adhesive. I'm not saying that Ken's is ripping people off (maybe he is or maybe he isn't) I can't say with 100% certainty but this was my experience. Do what you will with it!

I called this garage out of nowhere because I was interested in buying a used car for sale nearby and wanted an independent inspection. The car was advertised as having had minor front and rear collision work done and priced accordingly. Ken and his wife made space in their schedule that day and examined the car super closely (Ken found nearly invisible overspray specks on the black trim). I went for the test drive with Ken and he heard an issue with both front wheels that I couldn't hear... back at the shop he discovered the caliper coat hangers from the used car lot's brake job had been left in place on the front springs -- he had heard them there on the test drive. Very well done. Ken gave the opinion the front clip was original and the car had not been rebuilt, which was my biggest worry. I ended up buying the car and in the past year have had zero issues. Ken was top-class, honest and super-detailed in his inspection and is clearly an expert at what he does. Thank you.
I took my car to Meadowvale Honda because my back signal light wasn t working and they said they it needed a wiring harness that would cost $1800, so I wanted a second opinion and took my car to Ken and he fixed it within 15 minutes, with little cost. Ken and his wife are professional and honest towards there customers. I would recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Ken Champ!
My car broke down on a holiday long weekend in Toronto (I'm from Ottawa). Most auto shops were closed. Ken was the only mechanic to answer my call , and he gave me a sense of what might be wrong over the phone. He checked my car first thing the next morning, and fixed it up just enough so that I could drive it home to Ottawa to see my diesel specialist (as per my request). He cut me a great deal, and checked in by text several hours later to ensure that I had made it home safe. Extremely knowledgeable, personable, and fair. If I lived in Toronto, I would take my car to Ken for any issue. Thanks Ken and family!
I have taken my car here ever since the warrenty expired. My daughter now drives this car and brings it from Cambridge for seasonal service. Staff are courteous and fair. We have never been, nor felt, taken advantage of. The car is always ready on time and prices are very reasonable. Very trustworthy, good work.

Ken is pretty honest mechanic. Never had issues with the repairs he's made to my vehicle. A lot better and cheaper than Addison Erin Mills Chev, Buick and most dealers out there!
