My wife & I keep coming back to this hotel for their exceptional service & this trip was no exception.

Their cleanliness & service is up to our expectations & we're rather picky as to where we stay.

This trip was made extra special with the relentless assistance of Mr Ivan of guest relations. He's a human dynamo & makes obvious his passion for his work. The best hotel in dead sea I loved to stay the Infiniti pool the greatest

Old furniture not renovated but nice location and good food

The place isn't bad, just found the staff to be rude.

This place can be called Paradise on earth. In this hotel, everything is not just at the highest level, but at an impeccably high level. Cleanliness, Service, Food, Service, number of services, everything is perfect. The abundance of food is as much as one would welcome a delegation of kings and queens. All accessories in the room with the hotel logo. Well, the views that open from the balcony of the room are amazing and unforgettable. The hotel is so huge that electric cars constantly run around the hotel and offer a lift. Either towards the beach or back to your room. There is everything here so that, as they say: "to relax in body and soul," and in the Dead Sea, which is at hand, there are a lot of useful elements and, of course, dirt, clean air will give harmony, and will leave unforgettable impressions in your memory. Resort very elegant, minimalist decoration and far from being kitsch, spacious rooms, nicely decorated and all in color with large terraces with beautiful views of the Dead Sea, which have the peculiarities of being well insulated and keep privacy. Several swimming pools including an infinity heated and open until 23h. The Thai restaurant is excellent. The spa is large and offers quality care, which is a shame in this context that the jacuzzi and sauna are paying for hotel guests, I find it a bit cheap, but good!
Overall good stay and attentive and friendly staff.

Amazing hotel in one of the most beautiful landscapes on earth

es Kempinski gave a very mixed picture during our stay.
Location, facilities are really good. The best location and high-quality furnishings are of no use if the service is not right - and the service was absolutely fluctuating. Guests who are used to top hotels from Europe (South Tyrol, Switzerland, D) or the USA should be said: be careful and stay away from it.
The staff is not attentive: we waited 10 minutes at the Sumerian bar before we could order. In the restaurant area we were able to make fun of it on the first evening to watch the service staff ignore our table or simply walk past it. We ended the play on our own initiative and followed a waitress. Some employees are again top; others obviously untrained.
The last of the three nights was bad: after a wedding reception in a side area - basically absolutely ok, but also loud - the guests moved the party to the room next to us - from 03.15 in the morning. Two complaints resulted in no change and no intervention except: Sorry, this is a special case; it's beyond our control. (!!) At least we were taken to another area of the hotel to sleep with a golf caddy at 4 o'clock. Not the disturbers, but the other guests had to give way. Totally unacceptable.

We had heard Dead Sea horror stories, but THIS was the best experience. There beaches are impeccably kept and very comfortable. The room was one of the most stunning I ve seen. And the pool...

Well... if you need to be at the dead sea, this is the only please to be. Very pleasant staff, nice furnished rooms and service, service, service.
The pools are nice and warm. The hotel is squeaky clean and the breakfast is amazing.
To enjoy the setting sun on the balcony is one of the best things in Jordan. Ah and special thanks to Ivan who made our stay very memorable. Good job by a great guy! We will surely come again.

It is very expensive and does not deserve this value in proportion to the cost

Was not it was all cracked out to be. Extremely expensive!! The adult infinity pool is very uncomfortable it s round and you have to climb/ lift yourself around the rim of the pool it was awful. Also wasn t a good crowd. Not a wide range of restaurants. We end up doing the buffet for dinner at 30 jds each food was awful found a hair in the mansaf. I would not recommend staying there over night as there is nothing to do at night. The private beach is not well done at all. Even looking at it from above it s just a sand pit. Drinks are over priced. Definitely regret this part of my trip it was a waste of $800.

The hotel is very good but they can certainly do better, especially for a hotel of this category. We had reserved 2 rooms well in advance, and had requested that they be nearby (or not very far). No luck, no one ever answered our emails, and the rooms were really far from each other ...

They are also very slow at the reception and for everything else: we waited more than 15 minutes, and only one of the 2 rooms was ready, we waited another 1h30 for the other room to be ready. Ditto for our luggage, after 1 hour of waiting and reminders at the reception, we were finally delivered our luggage ...

One of the suitcases was blocked by security! They didn't really like the 2 bottles of Martini ... The gentleman explained to us that only one bottle per person was allowed inside the hotel !!! Only we were 4 people !!! We had to negotiate hard to get our suitcase with the bottles ...

Otherwise the place, not much to say, it's clean and well maintained, up to the standards of large hotels.

An excellent getaway by the Dead Sea. A true luxury experience. The property offers 11 Outdoor Swimming Pools including a Lazy River, two infinity pools overlooking Dead Sea Waters and a long pool with Fire place in the middle. Elegant Lobbies, Luxury Rooms, Largest Spa im Jordan, Authentic Restaurants.

Amazing hotel with very comfy and big rooms. The staff is very polite and kind. The only things we didn't expect are the high prices for drinks, alcohol and food. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, and will be definitely back.

Infinity pool is the best pool in Dead sea.have only one note is that AC indoor is not cooling enough in different places,might be due to June weather but i believe it could be better

Usually Kempenski Ishtar give us high expectations to out stay, this time u did big time, in addition what was widely noticed is the extremely helpful and nice staff that we ve experienced, honestly I haven t seen this level in Jordan before maybe only in the Far East Top Notched Resorts.

What a wonderful experience. My husband and I stayed one night there and we wished we stayed longer. From the customer service at the front desk and Especially the pool guys we felt at home and Honestly they went above and beyond. THANK YOU to all that great service and wonderful food. I would highly recommend staying here when you are in the dead sea. Views, service and overall feel is immaculate.

Usually my visits to Kempinski are the best, but not this time unfortunately. The noise of the house keeping service starts around 7am (I was in room 2501) and even though they don't bother you, you can hear them working in other rooms and it was so annoying. The service at the Italian restaurant was the worse this time. Wrong orders, long waiting time, most of the items on the menu were not available (specially the drinks and cocktails).
They don't have enough shades (umbrellas) at the pool, which is a shame for a five stars hotel. They should buy more shades to meet the demands!
The changing and showers room (the one you can use after a late check out) were not clean at all when we used them.

As usual, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food at the main breakfast place was good, and the wine selection was good as well.

You arrive in the middle of nowhere, of what looks very poor and in the security checkpoint you already perceive something different. And frankly it is: a great hotel opens, which could well be a town. Descend to the Dead Sea and its private beach - you can get off in a cart until it. After following the instructions on how to benefit from the properties of your water and mud, doing it is a wonder. The impeccable service. The rooms a wonder. With sea views and beautiful terrace. A 10. In restaurants you eat very well. In the Italian pool you can go informal, even from the beach and offer food almost at all hours.

Wow...a beautiful setting with OUTSTANDING service.

I don't recommend it to anyone unless you are planning to go for full relaxation without any activities

The highest death. A hotel where you should stay at least once in your life.

A world class hotel, beautiful environment and fantastic facilities, service and cleanliness. Nice beach, spa and numerous pools to choose from overlooking the sea were you a go. The only thing that doesn't keep in mind is the mid-day buffet at the restaurant Obelisk which offered mediocre food.

It was in March 2018 .. I liked everything .. the service, the food and the main thing is a very beautiful view of the sea .. The breakfast is plentiful. Salmon, 5 types of cheese, honey in honey comb .. cone, sausages ... not to list .... oh and also, champagne was for breakfast.)). a lot of russians..the sea was warm but a little dirty..the workers on the beach if you smile sweetly and chat with them about life, you can ask to collect some dirt in the package..fill in the fridge and for a long time remembering and smearing dirt from the dead sea ... the cosmetics in the bathroom was awesome .. (soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) x the boat was packed with chips, juices, water (free of charge) and there was water on the beach .. Infinity pool is very unusual (descent) .. someone asked about alcohol .. it is there. but yes, it's expensive ... like a bottle of local wine 45 Dean ..that is about 4t rubles .... but once you can)))
